#1 How often should I replace the batteries in the Equate UA-4000WM monitor?

Replace all batteries with new ones when the low battery symbol blinks. Generally, four new R6P batteries will last approximately three months when used twice for measurement each day (Page 2).

#2 What should I do if the device displays an error and the measurement is not accurate?

If the cuff is not applied properly, apply the cuff correctly and take another measurement. If the problem persists, contact customer service (Page 3).

#3 What actions should I take if the device does not turn on after replacing the batteries?

Ensure that the battery terminals are in the correct position, matching the indicated polarities. If the device still does not work, replace all batteries with new ones (Page 3).
