BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Carefully unpack your Kenmore Digital Air Fryer Toaster Oven with Turbo Convection and check
that all parts and accessories are present. Remove any promotional labels or stickers and safely
dispose of plastic bags or small pieces that could present a suocation or choking hazard.
2. Wash all accessories (crumb tray, wire rack, enameled bake pan/drip tray, air fryer/dehydrator
basket, rotisserie forks, spit, and handle) by hand with warm water and a mild dish detergent,
rinse, and dry thoroughly.
3. Wipe the inside and outside of the convection oven with a clean, damp cloth to remove any dirt
or dust and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleansers or scouring pads.
ASSEMBLING THE ROTISSERIE
1. Truss poultry and boneless roasts tightly
with kitchen string to prevent loose pieces
from touching the heating elements or walls
of the oven and ensure even cooking.
2. Insert the pointed end of the rotisserie spit
through the middle of the food.
3. Slide the forks onto the spit and insert them
rmly into either end of the food. Center the
food on the spit and tighten the screws to x
the forks in place.
4. Insert the notched end of the spit into the
drive socket on the left side of the oven and
lower the pointed end into the support on the
right side.
5. To remove cooked meat from the oven,
position the rotisserie handle with the hooks
under the spit. Lift the pointed end of the spit
out of the support and pull to the right to
remove the other end from the drive socket.
Place the food on a cutting board or platter.
4. Slide the crumb tray into place below the lower heating elements.
5. Plug the power cord into a polarized wall outlet. The display screen will ash on and then o
again and the appliance will beep one long tone as it enters standby mode.
WARNING - Never use metal scouring pads to clean any part
of the oven or accessories as pieces could break o and
contact electrical parts, causing electric shock.
