Program Menu
Displays the list of all 11 cooking programs with
an arrow pointing to the current selection
Time
Displays the total cooking time in selection
mode and the time remaining when the oven is
operating.
Convection / Turbo Status
Displays for regular convection fan
speed and for high in selection mode.
The fan image changes to an animated spinning
fan blade when the oven is operating in convec-
tion mode.
Temperature
Displays the cooking temperature in selection
mode and when the oven is operating.
TIME / TEMP
In selection mode, press to switch between
setting the time or the temperature.
START / STOP Button
In standby mode, press to turn the display on. In
selection mode, press to start cooking. While the
oven is operating, press to stop cooking.
HOLD FOR °C/°F
Press and hold to switch between Celsius and
Farenheit.
FRESH / FROZEN
In selection mode, press to select and deselect
the cooking from frozen mode.
HOLD FOR
Press and hold FRESH / FROZEN button to turn
the interior light on or o.
CONVECTION
In selection mode, press to cycle through
convection fan modes (o/on/turbo).
FUNCTION
In selection mode, turn the dial clockwise (+) to
move down the program menu and counter-
clockwise (-) to move up.
TIME / TEMPERATURE
In selection mode, turn the dial clockwise (+) to
increase and counterclockwise (-) to decrease
the time and temperature.
