1. SAFETY
9 Read these instructions before use.
9 Keep the torch out of reach of children.
9 Use only puried butane gas as fuel.
9 To avoid overheating the torch, allow short rest periods between each minute of uninterrupted use.
8 DO NOT run the torch for more than 3 minutes at a time.
9 Before attempting to remove the torch cap to replace the fuel cartridge, always allow the ame
nozzle to cool.
9 Keep your hands and face away from the torch when in use. The ame is di󰀩cult to see.
9 Always use the tool in a well ventilated place away from ammable and explosive products.
9 The ame nozzle becomes very hot. DO NOT let it touch your hands or combustible materials
during or after use until it has cooled.
8 DO NOT leave in direct sunlight or areas where a stove or heater generates high temperatures.
Always keep it at less than 104
o
F (40
o
C).
NOTE: if the temperature is too cold or insu󰀩cient oxygen is available, the ame will not
ignite. The torch may not ignite in extreme temperatures due to the e󰀨ect on the gas pressure.
Continuously holding the torch downwards may extinguish the ame.
2. INTRODUCTION
Professional micro design featuring piezoelectric ignition. Comfortable grip enables a simple
one-handed operation. Hot air blower and ame dual function with adjustable heat levels,
reaching up to 650°C. 10ml gas capacity giving up to 40mins of constant use. Includes 10mm
diameter nozzle suitable for working with heat shrink tubes. Portable design ideal for remote
jobs and heat shrinking in tight spaces. Supplied with heat deector and useful set of commonly
used heat shrink tubes (Sizes: Ø2, Ø2.5, Ø4, Ø5). Powered by Butane (lighter uid).
3. SPECIFICATION

4. OPERATION
4.1. REFILLING (FIG.2)
4.1.1. Allow to cool before relling with high quality butane gas.
4.1.2. Hold the torch upside-down.
4.1.3. Invert universal gas rell and place nozzle into lling valve (g.1 - C).
4.1.4. Push down to pump the gas into the torch.
8 DO NOT overll the torch. Wait at least 2 minutes after relling before using the torch.
4.2. IGNITING
4.2.1. Before igniting the torch, make sure you are in a well ventilated place or outside away from any ammable or dangerous products.
4.2.2. Press the ignition button (g.1 - A) on the back of the torch to ignite.
4.2.3. To turn o󰀨 the torch, simply release the ignition button.
4.2.4. In order to keep the ame going, you have to hold the ignition button down.
4.3. OPERATING FOR HOT AIR & HEAT SHRINK
4.3.1. Hot air: screw on the hot blower. Ignite the mini blow torch for hot air.
4.3.2. Heat shrink: screw on hot blower. Put the scoop under the hot blower. After igniting mini blow torch, you may use with heat shrink tubes
for shrinking work.
4.4. GAS LEVER
4.4.1. Gas lever (g.1 - B) is to adjust gas pressure to suit in di󰀨erent operating conditions - move right for high pressure, left for low pressure.
5. MAINTENANCE
8 DO NOT dismantle any parts of the blow torch as this may cause damage/malfunction.
