3-in-1devicethatcanbeusedforheating,solderingandshrinking.Fittedwithindexingheadforthreedi󰀨erentpositionsaswellasmagnetic

stand.Poweredbybutane(lighterfuel)andfeaturesapiezoelectricignitionswitch.Viewingwindowatbottomofdevicetomonitorfuel.Flame

temperature1300°C,solderingtemperature450°Candhotairtemperatureof600°C(Approximately).60-75Minuteruntimewith30mlfuel

capacity.

4. OPERATION

4.1.  Thetipoftheappliancecanbeadjustedto3di󰀨erentdegreesofangle.Pressthe

 inclineadjustmentbutton(g.1.1)andpositiontheapplianceheadaccordingtothe

 desiredinclination.

4.2.  Pressthesafetylockbutton(g.1.2)andatthesametimelowertheignitionlever

 (g.1.3)usingyourthumb.Thisactionwillignitetheappliance.

NOTE: Thebutaneamemaybebarelyvisibleincertainlightconditions.

4.3.  Holdtheignitionlever(g.1.3)andreleasethesafetylockbutton(g.1.2).

4.4.  Movethecontinuousameswitch(g.1.4)totherightforaconstantame.

4.5.  Adjusttheamepowerbymovingtheadjustmentlever(g.1.5)totherighttoincreasethepowerortothelefttodecreaseit.

4.6.  Toswitcho󰀨theappliance,movethecontinuousameswitch(g.1.4)totheleft,thiswillcuto󰀨thegassupplyandextinguishthe

 ame.

4.7.  Ensureameisextinguishedandgasiso󰀨aftereachuse.

4.8.  Stoptheoperationevery5minutestocoolthetool.

5. MAINTENANCE

5.1. REFILL

5.1.1. Fillonlywithbutanegas.Itmaybehazardoustoattempttotothertypesofgas.

5.1.2. Rellinawell-ventilatedarea,awayfromame,combustiblematerialsandanotherperson.

5.1.3. Pleasemakesurethereiso󰀨beforerelling.

5.1.4. Placingthesolderingironinanupside-downposition,Insertthegascanisterintothetorchrellingvalve.

5.1.5. Fillslowly.DO NOToverll.WhengasstarttoFlowout,stoplling

5.1.6. Afterlling,wipelighterandhandsdrybeforeIgniting.

5.1.7. Therellingoperationtakessomeminutestoallowthegastostabilize.

5.1.8. Fornextrelling,letthetorchcooldownfor5Minutesbeforellingthetank.

5.2. REPLACEMENT OR INSTALLATION OF INSERTS

 WARNING!ALWAYSLEAVETOCOOLCOMPLETELYTHETOOLBEFORETOREMOVEORREPLACETHEINSERTS.

5.2.1. Besuretousetheinsertrightforthejobyouwant.

5.2.2. Useonlytheinsertsthattperfectlyonthetool.TheinsertsthatDO NOTtperfectlycanresultinuncontrolledanddangerous 

 ame.Removethetipbyturningtheringnut(g.1.6)anticlockwise.Removethetipandinstallthedesiredone.Tightenwiththe 

 ringnut(g.1.6)byturningitclockwise.

5.2.3. Tightentheinsertssecurely.Forthecompletelyheatingoftheinsertsitisnecessarytowaitfor25seconds.

5.3. CLEANING

5.3.1. Turno󰀨thesolderingironandletitcoolcompletelybeforecleaning.

5.3.2. Theoutsideunitcanbecleanedwithadampclothwithalittlemilddetergent.

5.3.3. Cleanthetiponthespongewhenitisstillwarm.
