2. INTRODUCTION
Hydraulic cable oiler, forces oil between inner and outer cables throughout their entire length leaving them silky smooth. For use on brake,
throttle, speedo and choke cables for motorcycle, car, bicycle and lawnmowers that require regular oiling as part of their servicing. Easy-

4. OPERATION
4.1. Pass cable over pressure cap (5).
4.2. Assemble the neoprene collar (4) with a compression disc (3) either side.
4.3. Press the cable end into the slots in items 4 and 3 and press the complete arrangement into the base of the body.
4.4. Firmly screw on the pressure cap (5) to ensure a good grip of neoprene collar (4) onto the cable.
4.5. Unscrew ram (2) and end cap (6) fully and remove from body (1). Fill the chamber to within 20mm from its end with the required
lubricant and replace end cap.
4.6. Screw the ram down until lubricant is forced fully through the cable housing.
4.7. Beforeremovingcable,unscrewtheendcap(6)anddrainosurpluslubricant.
