Steps

Note

This funcon is only supported by certain models.

Click to show the PTZ control panel, and click .

Select one paern scan path that needs to be set.

Click to start recording paern scan.

Click PTZ control buons as demands.

Note

Recording stops when the space for paern scan is 0%.

Click to complete one paern scan path sengs.

Click to call paern scan.

Stop paern scan.

Reset paern scan path.

Delete the selected paern scan.

Note

If you need to delete all the paern scans, go to Conguraon → PTZ → Clear Cong , and

check Clear All Paerns, and click Save.

8.5 Set Linear Scan

The device can perform auto scan in seng area for re source detecon.

Steps

Go to Conguraon → PTZ → Linear Scan .

Select the camera channel.

Zoom in and zoom out the camera to the appropriate zoom rao, and click Save Rao.

Note

Click Enable Saved Rao to set the camera to the saved zoom rao.

Check Enter Area Sengs.

Set the le/right/up/down limits with the PTZ control panel, and click

to conrm sengs.

Oponal: Click Clear to delete the saved scan area.

Click Save.

Click Call Linear Scan to start linear scan, and click Stop Linear Scan to stop linear scan.
