NOTICE: The position of the self-propel speed-control lever determines the
moving speed, so the speed adjustment is effective at any time. For your safety, it is
recommended to check and adjust the self-propel speed to the slowest before turning
on the self-propel function.
AUGER-SWITCH TRIGGER AND
SELF-PROPEL TRIGGER LINKAGE
(Fig. 10)
When you activate the self-propel trigger
and the auger-switch trigger at the
same time, the auger-switch trigger
will be temporarily locked. Release the
auger-switch trigger (right hand) and the
auger-switch trigger will remain engaged.
This feature allows you to adjust the
auger speed, self-propelling speed, and
discharging direction of the snow while
the auger rotates.
To stop the auger, release the self-propel trigger and both the auger and the self-propel
function will stop.
HEATED HANDLES (Fig. 11)
This snow blower features a heated
gripping area to provide warmth for your
hands.
WARNING:
Ensure that the rubber
coating is intact at the heated gripping
areas before turning the handle-heating
on. Unprotected skin could suffer burn
injury from contact with exposed heating
elements.
1. Press the safety button and the power
indicator will light up solid green.
2. To turn the handle-heating ON, press the heat on/off button and the button itself
will illuminate.
