11. TROUBLESHOOTING
If the unit does not work properly, reset the unit by unplugging it for one minute and plug it back. If it is still not working properly, refer to
the table below.
If the LED of the unit is flashing, this means the unit sensors have detected a problem. See the table below or the troubleshooting
proceidures on the next pages to know the nature of the problem.

Ensure J12 connector is properly connected and its wires are not
damaged. If they are correct:
• For S10 ERVplus and 70E+ units: replace the damper assembly.
• All other units: replace the thermistor.

Warm side

• Replace the thermistor.
