TROUBLE SHOOTING
WARNING: Read instruction manual first! Remove plug from power source before making
adjustments or assembling accessories.

Motor will not start.
1. On/Off switch is in the “OFF
(O) position.
2. You do not install the battery
pack.
3. The power switch is on, but
you do not pull the gun trigger.
1. Set switch to the “ON” ( | ) position.
2. Install the battery pack
3. Pull the gun trigger.
Unit does not reach high
pressure.
1. Diameter of garden hose is
too small.
2. Water supply is restricted.
3. Not enough water supply.
4. Pressure Tip has not been
installed on wand assembly
5. Water intake filter is clogged.
1. Replace with a 1” (25 mm) or 5/8” (16
mm) garden hose.
2. Check garden hose for kinks, leaks and
blockage.
3. Open water source fully.
4. Add desired pressure tip to end of wand.
5. Remove filter and rinse in warm water.
Output pressure varies
high and low.
1. Not enough inlet water
supply.
2. Pump is sucking air.
3. Water inlet filter clogged.
4. Supply voltage below
minimum.
5. Calcified gun, hose or power
spray tip.
1. Turn water on fully. Check garden hose
for kinks, leaks or blockage.
2. Check that hoses and fittings are airtight.
Turn “OFF” machine, and purge pump by
squeezing trigger gun until a steady flow of
water emerge through the spray tip.
3. Remove filter and rinse in warm water.
4. Verify that only the pressure washer is
running on this circuit.
5. Run distilled vinegar through detergent
tank.
Motor buzzes but fails to
run.
1. The battery pack is out of
power.
2. System has residual pressure.
3. Pressure washer not used for
long periods.
4. Residual friction among
components. Unit might hum.
1. Charge the battery pack.
2.Turn unit “OFF”, squeeze trigger on
spray wand to release pressure, then turn
unit “ON”.
3.Call customer service.
4.Disconnect water supply and power ON
for 2 to 3 seconds, repeat couple times or
until the motor starts.
No water.
1.Water supply is OFF.
2.Kink in the garden hose.
1.Turn ON water supply.
2. Remove kink in garden hose.
