Check the water supply line.
Check the connection to the water line (including water taps).
Power off and then power the washer on after 2-3 minutes, and then try
again.
Depending on the model, the drain system drains water automatically. The
Power and Start/Pause buttons may be disabled during this process.
Check water lines
Make sure the cold water supply hose is firmly connected to the cold water
tap. If it is connected to the hot water tap, the laundry may be deformed
with some cycles.
