Convenience Features
• If face registration is not possible, audio
guidance is provided from the vehicle's
interior speaker 15 seconds after
registration starts. Faces cannot be
registered in the following situations.
- When the face is covered by a mask,
sunglasses, hat, etc.
- When the driver is not in front of the
face recognition camera.
- When the face is not directly facing
the camera lens.
- When the face is too far away 2.6 ft
(0.8 m) from the camera.
- When the face is too close 0.9 ft (0.3
m) to the camera.
• Face registration may be canceled in
the following situations.
- When the infotainment system screen
is changed.
- When the vehicle is turned off.
- When you start driving.
• After registration, if there are
difficulties recognizing the face due to
changes in appearance such as makeup,
beard, or glasses, register the face
again.
WARNING
Never cooperate with others in
replicating your face, as this may result
in theft or safety accidents.
Deleting registered face information
1. Place one or more smart keys inside
the vehicle.
2. While the Start/Stop button is
