Setting Warmer Drawer Controls
Arranging Warmer (Warm & Ready TM) Drawer Rack Positions
The rack can be used in 2 ways:
, Hnthe upright position to aHHowHowprofiHe food items to be pHaced both under and on top of the rack (for exampHe,
forthsor biscuits on top of the rack and a casseroHe dish underneath),
* Hnthe downward position to aHHowyou to pHaceHightweight food items and empty dishware (for exampHe, roHHsor
pastries and dinner pHates) on the rack,
Set the Warmer Drawer Rack in either position as shown bellow (Figure 1),

Operating the Warmer Drawer
The purpose of the Warmer Drawer is to keep hot cooked foods at
serving temperature, AHwaysstart with hot food, Htis not recommended
to heat coHdfood in the Warmer Drawer, AHHfood pHacedin the Warmer
Drawer should be covered with a lid or aluminum foil to maintain quality,
Do not use plastic wrap to cover food. PJastic may melt onto the
drawer and be very difficuJt to cJean. Use onHyutensiHs and cookware
recommended for oven use in the Warmer Drawer,
Warmer Drawer Food Temperature Settings
Use the recommended settings in the Warmer Drawer settings tame, Hfa
particuHar food is not Histed,start with the MED setting, Hfmore crispness
is desired, remove the Hidor aHuminum foiHfrom the food, Most foods can
be kept at serving temperatures on the MED setting, When a
combination of foods are to be kept warm (for instance, meat with 2
vegetabHes and forths),use the HI setting, To avoid heat Hoss,do not open
the Warmer Drawer repeatedHy whiHein use,

The controH and indicator Hightsfor the Warmer Drawer and Bread
Proofing features are Hocated on the controH panel The indicator Hights
wiHHturn ON when the controH is set, and remain ON untiHthe controHs are
