Adjusting the door hinges
The door hinges on the wine condition-
ing unit are set ex-works to enable the
appliance door to be opened wide.
However if the opening angle of the ap-
pliance door needs to be limited for any
reason, the hinge can be adjusted to
accommodate this.
If the appliance door hits an adjacent
wall when opened, for example, the
opening angle can be limited to approx.
90°.
The locking pins for limiting the door
opening must be fitted before the
wine conditioning unit is installed.
Insert the locking pins supplied for
limiting the door opening into the
hinges from above.
The appliance door opening angle is
now limited to approx. 90°.
Changing the door hinging
The wine conditioning unit is supplied
right-hinged. If left-hand hinging is re-
quired, the hinges must be changed.
To change the door hinging, you will
need the following tools:
Danger of injury and damage to
the appliance.
The glass door is breakable.
The glass door is heavy. Always
change the door hinging with the as-
sistance of another person.
Risk of damage.
The wine conditioning unit has an
elongated glass door and must not
be set down vertically at any time.
Danger of injury and damage to
the appliance.
The glass door can drop.
When changing the door hinging
make sure that all fixing parts are se-
curely screwed into position.
Tip: Place a suitable cover on the floor
in front of the wine conditioning unit to
protect the glass door and your floor
from damage when changing the
hinging.
Be careful not to damage the door
seal. If the door seal is damaged, the
appliance door may not close prop-
erly and cooling will be insufficient.
