LEMON GARLIC SALMON

INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
METHOD
1. Melt the butter and mix in the remaining
ingredients to create a butter sauce.

lined with baking paper.
