When Using the Warming Drawer
Thewarmingdrawerwill keephot,cooked
foodswarm.Alwaysstartwith hot food. Donot
useto heat coldfood otherthan crisping
crackers,chipsor dry cereal.
Do not linethe warming drawer orpan
withaluminum foil Foilisan excellentheat
insulator and willtrap heat beneath it. This
will upsettheperformance of the drawer
and could damage the interior finish.
Allow approximately 25 minutes for the
warming drawer to preheat.
