Daily Cleaning Procedure
6 Inspect the curling chain
before re-assembly.
7 Check rear belts for signs of
old dough. Clean with plastic
scraper if necessary and
brush lightly.
Note:
Never use a metal scraper.
8 Clean attachment arms and
rollers with a plastic scraper
and damp cloth.
9 Reassemble machine, turn
on power and check for
correct operation.
