Set Sheeting Roller gap to
required product setting.

Set Rear Belt Adjuster to
required product setting.
Arrow indicates the
correct setting for
680g dough pieces.

Lower the Guide Width
Attachment into the machine.
Set on central placement.
4 Do not
Engage the 4 piece
Splitter.

Pull out Catch Tray.
Pull out sufficiently for ease
of handling.

Press Start Button.

Place dough piece into Safety
Mouth assembly.

Observe action of dough
pieces under Curling Chain.
NOTE:
Sequence dough pieces
correctly to avoid doubles.

Check moulded dough pieces
against work-place standards
for shape, size and
consistency.

Place loaves into bread tins
and repeat the process.
