TROUBLESHOOTING POINTS

4. Frozen idler pulley. 4. Replace idler pulley.
5. Frozen blade mandrel. 5_ Replace blade mandrel.
Poor grass discharge !. Engine speed too slow. I. Place throttle control in "FAST" position.
