Preheat Light
Illuminates in
red during the
unit’s automatic
preheating.
Preheating
occurs for all
cooking cycles,
but the time
may vary.
Internal/
Target Lights
In Probe Cook
mode, time
display becomes
a temperature
display and
toggles between
current internal
temperature
and target
temperature.
Time Display
Counts down
cooking time
in minutes, or
when probe
cooking, displays

temperature.
Probe

Sets unit to cook to

time. Can be used
