Issue Cause and troubleshooting
"E:92 /- 01" Clean the filters in the water inflow.
Faucet is turned off.
Turn on the faucet.
The water inlet hose is kinked or jammed.
Ensure that the water inlet hose is not kinked or jammed.
Water level measurement system is defective.
Note:With this fault message, the appliance starts a draining process.
1. First wait approximately 5 minutes until the draining process has ended.
2. To reset the fault message, switch the appliance off.
3. Switch the appliance back on.
4. If the fault message is displayed again, call customer service.

Detergent dosage is too high.
Immediate measure: Mix one tablespoon of fabric softener with 0.5 US quarts
(0.5 liters) of water and pour the mixture into the left-hand compartment (not for
outdoor clothing, sportswear or items stuffed with down).
Reduce the amount of detergent for the next washing cycle with the same load.
