5. Screw the pump cap as far as it will go.

The handle on the pump cap must be in a vertical posi-
tion.
6. Fit the protective film and secure with the screws.
7. Insert and close the service flap.

Before the next wash
To prevent unused detergent from flowing straight into the
outlet in the next wash, run a suitable program for draining
after you have emptied the drain pump.
1. Turn the faucet on.
2. Insert the mains plug.
3. Switch on the appliance.
4. Pour 1 US quart (1liter) of water into compartment II.
5. Select a suitable program for draining.
