Press key [S], the frequency increases 12.5 Hz.
Apply the same setting procedures for CHA amplitude step settings.
Set channel A phase: set channel A phase at 90 degree
Press the soft key corresponding to [Phase], then press keys [9] [0] and the soft key corresponding to [°].
1.5.2 Function of Channel B
Press key [Channel] and select “CHB Alone” function by corresponding soft key on right side of the TFT.
Set the channel B frequency, amplitude and phase: apply the same setting method as explained in section 1.5.1.
Select the channel B waveform: select the triangle wave.
Press key [B- ]
Set the Channel B harmonic wave: set the frequency of the channel B as a 3-time harmonic wave of the channel

Select “Phase” by the corresponding soft key, then select “Harmonic”;
Press key [3] and the soft key corresponding to [Time].
1.5.3 Frequency Sweep
Press key [Sweep] and select “CHA Sw Fr” function.
Set the start frequency: set the start frequency at 10 kHz.
Select “Start F” by the corresponding soft key
Press keys [1] [0] and the soft key corresponding to [kHz].
Set the stop frequency: set the stop frequency at 50 kHz.
Select “Stop F” by the corresponding soft key
Press keys [5] [0] and the soft key corresponding to [kHz].
Set the step frequency: set the step frequency at 200 Hz.
Select “Step F” by the corresponding soft key
Press keys [2] [0] [0] and the soft key corresponding to [Hz].
Set the sweep mode: set the Down sweep mode.
select “Down Swe” by the corresponding soft key
Set the interval time: set the interval time as 25 ms.
Select “Interval” by the corresponding soft key
Press keys [2] [5] and the soft key corresponding to [ms].
Set the sweep mode: set the manual sweep mode.
Select “Manual Sw” by the corresponding soft key.
This operation ceases the continuous sweep mode. Press the key [CHA Output], the frequency steps
up/down once. If the manual sweep mode is not selected, the instrument returns to continuous sweep. The
displayed frequency values change simultaneously according to changes of sweep process.
1.5.4 Amplitude Sweep
Press key [Sweep] and select “CHA Sw Am”. Apply the same operation procedure as explained in section 1.5.3.
1.5.5 Frequency Modulation (FM)
Press key [MOD] and select “CHA FM”.
Set the carrier frequency: set the carrier frequency at 100 kHz.
Select “Carrier Freq” by the corresponding soft key
