NOTE
1. The icons of the remote control buttons on the left are consistent with the
key buttons, but do not necessarily represent the actual button functions.
2. When the function of a button on the universal key is inconsistent with that
of the original key or there is a customized requirement, modify the
corresponding button value.
3. When the number of buttons on the universal key is not enough, multi-
button combinations can be added for corresponding button functions.
4. If there are any function-related problems after customization, contact Autel
technical support to resolve the matter.
Ignition Coil Detection
The Ignition Coil Detection function enables the key tool to gather the data
pertaining to the IMMO protocol and transponder type of the vehicle.
➢ To detect the ignition coil
1. Place the low frequency detection collector close (no more than 4
inches/10 cm) to the ignition coil or the emergency start coil. If the
signal is not detected, try turning on the ignition repeatedly and
adjust the position of the low frequency detection collector.
2. If a signal is detected, the current detection result and the
transponder type will appear on the screen. Detection records will
appear at the bottom of the screen.
