Good conductivity. ;duminum residues
sometimes appear as scratches on the
cooktop, but can be remo', ed if cleaned
immediately. Because of its low melting
point, thin weight aluminum shoukl not
be used.
Copper Bottom:
recommended
(_opper may lem'e residues which can
appear as scratches. The residues can be
_emoved, as long as the cooktop is
cleaned immediately. However; do not let
these pots boil dry. (-)vefl_eated metal can
bond to glass cooktops. An ovefl_eated
copper bottom pot will leave a residue
that will pem_anenfly stain the cooktop
if not remo\ ed immediately.
Porcelain Enamel Covered Cast Iron:
recommended
