4. Lay a concrete pad on the ground.
• Don’t place the outdoor unit directly on the ground, as it’s heavy
and can shift around on dirt or rocks.
Tip: Situate the concrete pad so that it’s high enough to keep
the unit out of any water that may puddle on the ground
due to rain or snow.
