How to Use Sausage Stuffer (cont.)
10. As casing is being filled, grasp
casing around Stuffing Tube.
If air bubbles form while
filling, use a clean pin to pop
any bubbles.
11. Turn Stand Mixer Speed
Control Dial to OFF ( ).
Remove 3 to 4 inches (7.6 to
10.1 cm) of unfilled casing and
cut. Tie casing into a knot.
12. To make into sausages, pinch
and squeeze casing in middle
of long link. Then using your
hands, twist and turn into
segments or use twine to
form sausages.
6. Make sure Stand Mixer Speed
Control Dial is set to OFF ( )
and plug into electrical outlet.
7. Add ground mixture to Food
Tray, pushing mixture into
Grinder Chute with Food
Pusher to help eliminate air
bubbles.
8. Slide sausage casing over
Stuffing Tube, leaving at least
3 inches (7.6 cm) to tie end
into a knot.
9. Turn Stand Mixer Speed
Control Dial to 3-5. Use
Food Pusher to slowly guide
mixture down Grinder Chute.

Entanglement Hazard.
To avoid serious or fatal
injury, never reach into grinder
feed chute. Always use food
pusher. Never operate without tray
in place.
