WINDY CONDITIONS
Your Wood Fired Pellet Grill has been designed and engineered to produce smoke that infuses your
food with a smoky avor. The repot requires air for ecient combuson. This fresh air is pulled through a
vent in the front of your grill and the intense hot air and smoke produced by the pellets is expelled through a
vent in the rear. If you are using your grill in windy condions, the wind can disrupt this important airow.
If the grill is set to a high heat seng and the hood is closed, wind can prevent the hot air from being
expelled through the rear vent – forcing heat to the front of the grill. This heat can make the hood handle and
front panel extremely hot. In some cases, this heat can damage important components.
To Prevent Overheang:
Install your grill in a locaon where a prevailing wind is less likely to hit the rear of the grill. If this is not
possible, install a windbreak behind your grill.
Damaged components such as wiring, heat probes, etc., and the discoloraon of the stainless steel by
using the grill in windy condions is not covered under the product warranty.
