Section 5 - Advanced Network Conguration
Port Shaping Rate
Path: Network > QoS > QoS Priority > Port Shaping Rate
This page allows conguring an interface shaping rate to all ports or to a specic port. Right-click and edit the
percentage.
1. Go to Network > QoS > QoS Priority > Port Shaping Rate tab.
2. Right-click the port and select Edit.
3. Select the percentage you want to assign to the port from the drop-down menu and click Save.
Field Description
Port Port to be aected by the Port Shaping Rate
Percentage
Sets the limit on how much trac can leave a port. The limit on maximum transmission
bandwidth has the eect of smoothing temporary trac bursts over time so that the
transmitted trac rate is bounded.
