Low light
• The shaded operation icons are not displayed while recording.
• If you turn off the power or set the mode switch to [] , help mode, MagicPix, backlight
compensation, self timer and tele macro functions are canceled.
• If you turn off the power, the fade function is canceled.
Fade
(Fade out)
When you start recording, the image/audio gradually
appears. (Fade in)
When you pause recording, the image/audio gradually
disappears. (Fade out)
• For fade out, the recording stops and the fade setting is
canceled after the image and audio have disappeared
completely.
• To select the color for fade in/out

[VIDEO] _ [FADE COLOR] _ [WHITE] or [BLACK]
[] Intelligent contrast This brightens parts that are in shadow and difficult to see
control and suppresses white saturation in bright parts at the same
[_][]_] time. Both bright and dark parts can be recorded clearly.
O He p mode Select the icon of the function that you want to know with
_[_ the cursor button and then an explanation of the selected
icon scrolls at the bottom of the screen. (Only for icons that
can be selected when the AUTO/MANUAL/FOCUS switch is
set to AUTO in recording mode.)
