Arcing is tile nficrowave tei_n for sparks in tile oven. Arcing is caused by:
• inetal or fi)il touching tile side of tile oven.
• fi)il that is not nlolded to fl)od (Ul)turned edges act like antennas).
• metal such as twist-ties, i)oultry i)ins, gold-rinm/ed dishes.
• recycled paper towels containing small n/etal pieces.
CoveI_ hold in nloisture, allow ti)r more even heating and reduce cooking time. Venting plastic wrap or
coveting with wax paper allows excess steam to escape.
