METHOD A
1. Pull the refrigerator out of its mounting
location so you can access the rear of the
unit.
2. Remove the left and right hex-head screws
(one on each side) from the front corners
of the unit compartment cover.
METHOD B
1. Remove the left and right hex-head screws
(one on each side) from the front corners
of the unit compartment cover (see the top
left photo).
2. Remove the four hex-head screws (two on
each side) from the rear flanges of the unit
compartment cover. NOTE: You will need
a 24 hex-head socket extension with a
magnetic tip to remove these screws.
3. Remove the left and right hex-head screws
from the rear channels of the unit compart-
ment cover.

4. Lift the unit compartment cover up, and
pull it forward off the refrigerator.

3. Lift the unit compartment cover up, and
pull it forward off the refrigerator.
REASSEMBLY NOTE: When you reinstall the
unit compartment cover, make sure that the
two unit compartment cover tabs slide under
the rear cover flange, as shown below. This will
provide the proper air flow.
