The Warming Zone Guide is for
reference only and the SKI-rING
that you need will depend on the
amount and type of food, the
starting temperature of the food
and the length of the holding time.
Using the Warming Zone
Tile WARMING ZONE,located in tile
center of tile glass cooktop SUlti_ce,
will kee I) hot, cooked food at serving
teml)elamre. Mwa}_s start with hot food.
Do not use to heat cold food. Plating
tmcooked or cold food on tile WARMING
ZONEcould result in fi_od-borne illness.
[] Touch tile WARMING ZONE
SET'OFF pad.
[] Touch tile ntunber pads 1, 2 or 3
to select low (1), medimn (2) or
high (3) wamfing setting.
[] Touch tile START pad.
To turn tile WARMING ZONE ofl; touch
tile WARMING ZONE SET'OFF pad until
WARMERcfisappeals fl'oln tile display:
For best results, all foods on tile
WARMING ZONEshould be covered with
a lid or ahmfinum foil. \Allen wamfing
pastries or breads, tile cover should be
vented to allow inoismre to escape.
Mways use pot holders or oven mitts

ZONE, since cookware and plates will
be hot.
CAUTlON: oo notwarm foodonthe
WARMING ZONE for more than two hours.
NOTE"The warming zone will not glow red like
