9.2.2 Water temperature
auxiliary heating
The water temperature achieved by the
auxiliary heating system depends on
the setting of the thermostat on:
- the cylinder AND
- the auxiliary heating source
The adjustment at the cylinder is
carried out on the twin thermostat
fitted to the cylinder as shown in Figure
19. In the event that the high
temperature cut-out engages, it will be
necessary to manually reset the
thermostat. Use a suitable electrically
insulated tool to push the manual reset
button and inform the installer.
If the domestic hot water temperature
is controlled by a sensor connected to
the heat pump control unit, the
thermostat on the cylinder should be
turned to maximum to avoid any
conflicting control signals.

9.3 Maintenance
The maintenance of this
appliance must be carried
out by a suitably qualified
person only. It is
recommended to maintain
the unit on an annual basis.
Isolate all electrical
supplies from the unit
before commencing work.
