BEFORE YOU USE YOUR APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME
• Removetheaccessoriesandanystickerseitherinsideorontheoutsideoftheappliance- A.
• Cleanallofthepartsandtheapplianceitselfusingadampcloth.
QUICK-START
•Fullyunwindthepowercordandplugitintoagroundedsocket.
•Aslightodormaybegivenoffwhenusedforthefirsttime.
• Removethebreadpanbyliftingthehandleandturningthebreadpanslightlycounter-clockwise.Then
insert the kneading paddle - B - C.
• Puttheingredientsinthepaninexactlytheorderrecommended.Makesurethatallingredientsareweighed
with precision - D - E.
• Placethebreadpaninthebreadmaker.Holdingthebreadpanbythehandle,insertitinthebreadmakerso
that it fits over the drive shaft (you will need to tilt it slightly to one side to do this). Turn it gently clockwise
and it will lock into place - F- G.
• Closethelid.Pluginthebreadmakerandswitchiton.Afteryouhearthebeep,program1willappearon
the display as the default setting, i.e. 2 lbs, medium browning - H.
• Selectthedesiredprogramusingthe
button.
• Pressthe
button. The timer will flash and the operating indicator light will illuminate. The operating
indicator lights up - I - J.
• Unplugthebreadmakerattheendofthecookingorwarmingcycle.Liftthebreadpanoutofthebreadma-
ker. Always use oven gloves as the pan handle is hot, as is the inside of the lid. Turn out the hot bread and
place it on a rack for at least 1 hour to cool - K.
