If you use your oven in combination with a Combi-Steam XSL or XSLF:
Do not use the wire rack from the oven in the combi-steam cooker.
Risk of corrosion.
To differentiate between the two, the wire shelf from the combi-steam
cooker is fitted with a badge with a steam symbol.
Food probe

Not suitable for temperatures of over 230°C. There must be a dis-
tance between the food probe and the roof of the cooking space of at
least 5cm.

Place any accessories not included in the scope of delivery on the
