Features and Controls
Control Panel and Display
- Digital Display: Shows current pressure reading (PSI), preset mode, and battery level.
- Power Button: Turns the compressor on and off.
- Mode Button (M): Cycles through the 4 preset inflation modes (Car, Bike, Ball, Custom) and the custom pressure setting mode.
- Unit Button (UNIT): Toggles the pressure unit of measurement between PSI, BAR, and KPA.
- + / - Buttons: In Custom mode, use these to increase or decrease the target pressure value.
- LED Light Button: Turns the built-in LED light on/off and cycles through its modes (Steady, Strobe/Alarm, SOS).
Power and Charging
- Battery: The unit contains a built-in, rechargeable lithium-ion battery.
- Charging: Use the provided Type-C cable to charge the compressor. The battery indicator on the display shows charging status.
- 12V DC Car Plug: For extended use, the compressor can be powered directly from a vehicle's 12V cigarette lighter socket.
Note: A single full charge can inflate approximately 2 car tires, 25 bike tires, or 60 balls. The compressor can run continuously for up to 25 minutes.
Auto Shut-Off
The compressor will automatically stop inflating when the preset target pressure is reached. This prevents over-inflation.
LED Light
The built-in LED light has three modes for emergency or low-light situations:
- Lighting Mode: Constant white light.
- Alarm Mode: Flashing strobe light.
- SOS Mode: Flashes in the international SOS distress signal pattern.
Use Guide
Initial Setup and Charging
- Unpack the compressor and all accessories.
- Fully charge the unit before first use using the provided Type-C cable. Connect to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
- The battery icon on the display will indicate charging progress. Charging is complete when the icon is full.
Inflating a Tire (Basic Operation)
- Power On: Press the Power button. The digital display will illuminate.
- Select Mode: Press the Mode (M) button to cycle to the appropriate preset (e.g., "Car" for car tires). For a specific pressure, select "Custom" and use the + and - buttons to set the desired PSI.
- Attach Nozzle: Select the correct nozzle from the kit and screw it firmly onto the end of the air hose.
- Connect to Valve: Remove the valve cap from the tire. Press the nozzle firmly onto the tire valve stem. You may hear a brief hiss; ensure the connection is secure to prevent air leakage.
- Start Inflation: The compressor will start automatically once a secure connection is detected. The display will show the current tire pressure rising.
- Auto Stop: The compressor will automatically shut off when the preset target pressure is reached. A beep may sound.
- Disconnect: Quickly remove the nozzle from the valve stem and replace the valve cap.
- Power Off: Press the Power button to turn off the compressor.
Using the 12V DC Car Plug
- Ensure your vehicle's engine is running or the ignition is in the accessory position.
- Plug the 12V DC cable (attached to the compressor) into your vehicle's cigarette lighter/power socket.
- Operate the compressor as described above. This method conserves the internal battery.
Inflating Other Items (Balls, Inflatables)
- Select the appropriate small nozzle for balls or inflatables.
- Set the mode to "Ball" or use "Custom" mode to set a lower, appropriate pressure (consult the item's inflation instructions).
- Attach the nozzle securely to the item's valve and proceed with inflation.
Maintenance and Care
- Storage: Store the compressor and accessories in the provided storage bag in a cool, dry place.
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquids or submerge any part of the unit.
- Nozzles: Keep nozzles clean and free of debris to ensure a proper seal.
- Battery: For long-term storage, charge the battery to approximately 50% and recharge every 3 months.
- Hose: Avoid kinking or sharply bending the air hose.
Warnings and Safety Instructions
- Do not use the compressor to inflate persons or animals.
- Do not point the air stream at eyes, ears, or other body parts.
- Do not operate the compressor in wet conditions or near flammable gases.
- The compressor may become warm during extended use. Allow it to cool down between prolonged inflation sessions.
- Only use the provided Type-C cable for charging. Do not use a damaged cable.
- Always check the recommended inflation pressure for the item you are inflating. Over-inflation can cause damage or rupture.
- Keep the compressor and accessories out of reach of children.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
| Compressor does not turn on. | Battery is depleted. | Charge the unit using the Type-C cable. |
| Compressor turns on but does not inflate. | Loose nozzle connection. Clogged nozzle or hose. Internal fault. | Ensure nozzle is tightly connected to hose and valve. Check for blockages. Contact support. |
| Inflation is very slow. | Battery is low. Extremely low starting pressure. | Recharge battery or use 12V car plug. This is normal; inflation speed will increase as pressure builds. |
| Auto shut-off does not work. | Incorrect mode selected. Pressure sensor issue. | Ensure you are in a preset or custom mode with a target pressure set. Contact support. |
| Display is dim or unreadable. | Low battery. | Recharge the unit. |
| Air leaks from connection. | Nozzle not fully screwed on. Damaged valve or nozzle seal. | Tighten the nozzle connection. Inspect and replace nozzle if necessary. |
