1. LIEFERUMFANG
Überprüfen Sie den Lieferumfang auf äußere Unversehrtheit der
Kartonverpackung und auf die Vollständigkeit des Inhalts. Vor
dem Gebrauch ist sicherzustellen, dass das Gerät und die mitge-
lieferten Komponenten keine sichtbaren Schäden aufweisen und
jegliches Verpackungsmaterial entfernt wird. Benutzen Sie es im
Zweifelsfall nicht und wenden Sie sich an Ihren Händler oder an
die angegebene Kundendienstadresse.

2. ZEICHENERKLÄRUNG
Auf dem Gerät, in der Gebrauchsanweisung, auf der Verpackung
und auf dem Typschild des Geräts werden folgende Symbole ver-

3. BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSER GEBRAUCH
Zweckbestimmung
Die Infrarotlampe ist für die Bestrahlung des menschlichen Kör-
pers vorgesehen.
Durch Bestrahlung mit Infrarotlicht wird Wärme an den Menschen
transportiert.
Zielgruppe
Dieses Gerät ist zur Eigenanwendung in häuslicher Umgebung,
nicht in professionellen Einrichtungen zur Gesundheitsfürsorge,
vorgesehen. Die Anwendung ist für alle erwachsenen Personen
geeignet, die nicht sensorisch beeinträchtigt und bei vollem Be-
wusstsein sind.
Klinischer Nutzen
Mit der Infrarotlampe kann der Benutzer bestimmte Hautstellen
durch das Infrarotlicht erwärmen. Dadurch wird die bestrahlte
Haut verstärkt durchblutet und der Stowechselumsatz im Tem-
peraturfeld erhöht sich. Der Körper wird durch die Wirkungsweise
des Infrarotlichts zur Heilung angeregt. Somit werden Heilprozes-
se gezielt unterstützt.
Indikationen
Der Benutzer kann es als begleitende Therapie bei der Behand-
lung folgender Erkrankungen nutzen:
•
Hals-Nasen-Ohren-Erkrankungen, z. B. akute Rhinitis
•
Akne
•
Muskuläre Verspannungen, z. B.
- Periarthropathische Weichteilerkrankungen (Myalgie,
Myogelose, Myotendopathien, Fibrositis)
- Arthralgien bei Arthrosen
- Rheumatische Gelenkbeschwerden (nicht bei Entzün-
dungsschüben)
Kontraindikationen
WARNUNG
•
Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt, durch Personen mit
eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen
Fähigkeiten oder mangels Erfahrung und/oder mangels Wis-
sen benutzt zu werden, es sei denn, sie werden durch eine für
Ihre Sicherheit zuständige Person beaufsichtigt oder erhielten
von ihr Anweisungen, wie das Gerät zu benutzen ist, um das
Risiko von Feuer oder Verbrennungen zu vermeiden.
•
Dieses Gerät NICHT bei wärmeunempfindlichen Personen
anwenden.
Das Wärmeempfinden kann in den folgenden Fällen ein-
geschränkt oder erhöht sein:
- bei diabetischen Patienten,
- bei querschnittsgelähmten Personen,
- bei Personen mit Schläfrigkeit, Demenz, oder Konzent-
rationsstörungen,
- bei Personen mit krankheitsbedingten Hautveränderun-
gen,
- bei Personen mit vernarbten Hautarealen im Anwen-
dungsgebiet,
- bei Kindern und älteren Personen
- nach der Einnahme von Medikamenten oder Alkohol.
•
Dieses Gerät in folgenden Fällen NICHT anwenden:
- bei akuter rheumatoide Arthritis,
- bei infektiöser Arthritis,
- bei Durchblutungsstörungen,
- bei dekompensierter Herzinsuzienz oder schwerer
Herzrhythmusstörung,
- bei akutem oder kürzlich erlittenem Myokardinfarkt,
- bei entgleister Diabetes mellitus, Hyperthyreose, Neben-
nierenrindeninsuzienz,
- bei Infektionen,
- bei oenen Wunden,
- bei starken Schwellungen,
- bei einer Strahlentherapie (inkl. drei Monate nach Be-
handlung),
- bei Empfindungsstörungen im Behandlungsbereich.
•
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Sie Träger eines Im-
plantats sind, besonders, wenn sich dieses im Bereich der
zu behandelnden Körperpartie befindet. Konsultieren Sie im
Zweifelsfall Ihren Arzt.
•
Wenn Sie schwanger sind, betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht in
der Nähe Ihres Unterleibs, um Überhitzung in diesem Bereich
zu vermeiden. Konsultieren Sie im Zweifelsfall Ihren Arzt.
•
Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den Gebrauch durch Kinder be-
stimmt. Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustel-
len, dass sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen, um das Risiko von
Feuer und Verbrennungen zu vermeiden.
Unerwünschte Nebenwirkungen
•
Medikamente, Kosmetika oder Lebensmittel können unter
bestimmten Bedingungen zu einer überempfindlichen oder
allergischen Reaktion der Haut führen. In diesem Fall muss
die Bestrahlung sofort beendet werden.
•
Während der Behandlung muss ein angemessener Abstand
zwischen der Infrarotlampe und dem gewünschten Behand-
lungsbereich eingehalten werden, damit keine Hautreizungen
wie Kribbeln, Jucken, Brennen oder eine zu hohe Wärmeemp-
findlichkeit auftreten. Brechen Sie die Behandlung ab, wenn
dies der Fall ist. Erhöhen Sie alternativ den Strahlungsabstand
und/oder reduzieren Sie die Strahlungsdauer.
•
Längerer Gebrauch kann Verbrennungen auf der Haut ver-
ursachen.

Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Schutzbrille
Die Schutzbrille ist ausschließlich dafür bestimmt, Ihre Augen
während der Anwendung einer Infrarotlampe vor Infrarotstrahlung
zu schützen. Die Schutzbrille schützt ausschließlich vor Infrarot-
strahlung. Die Schutzbrille schützt NICHT vor anderen Strahlun-
gen. Verwenden Sie die Schutzbrille ausschließlich mit beurer
Infrarotlampen. Verwenden Sie die Schutzbrille nicht mit Infrarot-
lampen anderer Hersteller.
Tragen Sie die Schutzbrille immer direkt über den Augen und nicht
über einer anderen Brille. Die Schutzbrille ist nur für den Einsatz
im häuslichen/privaten Umfeld bestimmt, nicht im gewerblichen
Bereich.
Die Schutzbrille ist nicht geeignet für den Gebrauch als Augen-
schutz gegen mechanisch beeinflusste Gefahren (z.B. Stöße).
Sie ist schadstofrei gemäß den gesetzlichen Vorgaben.
4. WARN- UND SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Elektrische Sicherheit
Das Gerät wird durch eine automatisch auslösende Thermosiche-
rung gegen Überhitzen geschützt.
WARNUNG
•
Jeder unsachgemäße Gebrauch kann gefährlich sein!
•
Prüfen Sie, ob die auf dem Gerät angegebene Spannung mit
der örtlichen Netzspannung übereinstimmt, bevor Sie das
Gerät anschließen, um die Gefahr eines Stromschlags oder
einer dauerhaften Beschädigung des Geräts zu vermeiden.
•
Verwenden Sie einen leicht zugänglichen Netzanschluss, um
im Bedarfsfall schnell den Netzstecker ziehen zu können.
•
Netzstecker nicht mit nassen Händen anfassen, Gefahr eines
elektrischen Schlages!
•
Verlegen Sie das Netzkabel so, dass niemand darüber stol-
pern kann.
•
Ziehen Sie stets den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, wenn
Sie das Gerät nicht benutzen, das Gerät reinigen oder bei
Störungen, Rauch und Geruchsbildung. Beim Herausziehen
des Netzsteckers am Netzstecker ziehen – nicht am Kabel!
•
Vorsicht beim Umgang mit dem Netzkabel (Strangulations-
und Erstickungsgefahr).
•
Vor dem Gebrauch sicherstellen, dass das Gerät und die mit-
gelieferten Komponenten keine sichtbaren Schäden aufwei-
sen. Benutzen Sie es im Zweifelsfall nicht und wenden Sie
sich an Ihren Händler oder an die angegebene Kundendienst-
adresse. Dies gilt insbesondere für Kratzer und Risse in der
Scheibe oder Risse am Gehäuse.
•
Bei Beschädigungen des Netzkabels und des Gehäuses
wenden Sie sich an den Kundenservice oder Händler, da bei
Nichtbeachten die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlages be-
steht.
•
Die Trennung vom Versorgungsnetz ist nur gewährleistet,
wenn der Netzstecker aus der Steckdose gezogen ist.
•
Wenn das Netzkabel dieses Geräts beschädigt wird, muss
es entsorgt werden. Ist es nicht abnehmbar, muss das Gerät
entsorgt werden.
•
Wickeln Sie das Netzkabel niemals um die Infrarotlampe.
Sicherheitshinweise für Ihre Gesundheit
WARNUNG
•
Verbrennungsgefahr! Die Filterscheibe und das Gehäuse des
Gerätes erwärmen sich stark im Betrieb. Beim Berühren be-
steht Verbrennungsgefahr!
•
Beim Bedienen der Tasten (Ein/Aus und Timer) nicht die heiße
Scheibe berühren. Hier besteht Verbrennungsgefahr.
•
Das Gerät vor dem Berühren immer erst abkühlen lassen.
•
Ziehen Sie stets den Netzstecker und lassen Sie das Gerät
abkühlen, ehe Sie es wieder verpacken.
•
Das Gerät darf im angeschlossenen Zustand nicht mit feuch-
ten Händen angefasst werden.
•
Wasser und Strom sind eine gefährliche Kombination! Um
das Risiko eines Stromschlags zu vermeiden,
- verwenden Sie dieses Gerät nicht in nasser Umgebung
(z. B. im Badezimmer oder in der Nähe einer Dusche
oder eines Schwimmbads.
- Lassen Sie kein Wasser in das Gerät laufen.
- Es darf kein Wasser auf das Gerät spritzen.
- Das Gerät darf nur im vollständig trockenen Zustand
betrieben werden.
Sicherer Umgang
WARNUNG
•
Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch be-
stimmt, sondern ausschließlich zur Verwendung im privaten
Haushalt!
•
Die von diesem Gerät ausgehende Infrarotstrahlung kann zu
Augenreizungen führen. Blicken Sie nicht in die Lichtquelle
und verwenden Sie die beiliegende Schutzbrille.
•
Halten Sie Kinder vom Verpackungsmaterial fern (Ersti-
ckungsgefahr).
•
Verwenden Sie während der Anwendung stets die beiliegen-
de Schutzbrille.
•
Nicht bei Babys und Kleinkindern anwenden.
•
Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt an Wickelkommoden,
Babybetten oder ähnlichem angewendet zu werden.
•
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nie in der Nähe von Wasser.
•
Wenn das Gerät heruntergefallen ist oder extremer Feuchtig-
keit ausgesetzt war oder anderweitige Schäden davongetra-
gen hat, darf es nicht mehr benutzt werden.
•
Das Gerät darf nicht in Wasser oder Flüssigkeiten getaucht
werden und es darf keine Flüssigkeit in das Gerät eindringen.
•
Lassen Sie das Gerät während des Betriebes nicht unbeauf-
sichtigt, um das Risiko von Feuer und Verbrennungen zu ver-
meiden.
•
Schalten Sie das Gerät sofort aus, wenn es defekt ist oder
Betriebsstörungen vorliegen.
•
Ziehen Sie nach Gebrauch und bei Stromausfall immer den
Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, um Schäden am Gerät zu
vermeiden.
•
Wenn die Steckdose, an die das Gerät angeschlossen ist,
schlecht angeschlossen ist, wird der Stecker des Geräts heiß.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie das Gerät an eine ordnungsge-
mäß installierte Steckdose anschließen, um das Risiko von
Feuer und Verbrennungen zu vermeiden.
Wichtige Hinweise
WARNUNG
•
Grundsätzlich richtet sich der Abstand zur Infrarotlampe nach
der individuellen Wärmeempfindlichkeit und der jeweiligen
Behandlung. Je größer der Abstand zwischen Ihnen und dem
Gerät, umso größer ist der Behandlungsbereich und niedriger
die Wärme des Infrarotlichts. Bei kleinerem Abstand verklei-
nert sich auch der Behandlungsbereich und die Wärme des
Infrarotlichts wird intensiver.
•
Begrenzen Sie die Anwendungsdauer und kontrollieren Sie
die Reaktion der Haut.
•
Betreiben Sie die Infrarotlampe nur in einem solchen Abstand
zu Ihrem gewünschten Bestrahlungsgebiet, dass während
der Behandlung keine Hautirritationen, wie Kribbeln, Jucken,
Brennen oder zu hohes Wärmeempfinden zu spüren sind. In
diesem Falle brechen Sie die Behandlung ab. Alternativ ver-

größern Sie den Bestrahlungsabstand und/oder verkürzen die
Bestrahlungsdauer.
•
Dieses Gerät ist nicht für eine Bestrahlung von oben be-
stimmt.
•
Um einen unbeabsichtigen Kontakt mit dem heißen Filter zu
vermeiden, achten Sie darauf, dass der Abstand zwischen
Ihnen und dem Gerät ausreichend groß ist. Wählen Sie den
Abstand zum Gerät so, dass sich die Wärme angenehm für
Sie anfühlt.
•
Medikamente, Kosmetika oder Nahrungsmittel können unter
Umständen zu einer überempfindlichen oder allergischen Re-
aktion der Haut führen. Die Bestrahlung ist in diesem Fall um-
gehend zu beenden.
•
Bei Dauerbetrieb des Gerätes ist besondere Vorsicht und Auf-
merksamkeit geboten.
•
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Sie müde sind und
die Gefahr besteht, dass Sie während der Bestrahlung ein-
schlafen!
•
Eine zu lange Bestrahlung kann gegebenenfalls zu Hautver-
brennung führen.
•
Kinder erkennen die Gefahren, die in Verbindung mit Elektro-
geräten entstehen, nicht. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Gerät
nicht unbeaufsichtigt von Kindern benützt werden kann.
•
Das Gerät nicht in fusseliger oder staubiger Umgebung ver-
wenden.
Warn- und Sicherheitshinweise Schutzbrille
WARNUNG
•
Halten Sie Kinder von Verpackungsmaterial fern. Es besteht
Erstickungsgefahr.
•
Kinder dürfen nicht mit der Schutzbrille spielen.
•
Prüfen Sie die Schutzbrille vor der Anwendung auf äußere
Schäden (z. B. Risse oder Löcher). Ist die Schutzbrille be-
schädigt, dürfen Sie die Schutzbrille NICHT weiterverwen-
den.
•
Schutzbrillen, die Stößen ausgesetzt waren, dürfen nicht ver-
wendet werden; sie müssen entsorgt und ersetzt werden.
•
Werkstoe der Schutzbrille, die in Kontakt mit der Haut des
Trägers kommen können, könnten bei Personen mit empfind-
licher Haut allergische Reaktionen hervorrufen.
•
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Schutzbrille nicht mit Fetten, Ölen
oder Alkohol in Kontakt kommt (z.B. Reinigungsmittel oder
Gesichtswasser).
•
Verwenden Sie die Schutzbrille nur in ruhigen Umgebungen,
damit Sie während der Anwendung nicht abgelenkt werden.
•
Die Schutzbrille ist nicht zum Fahren und für den Straßen-
verkehr geeignet
Reparatur
WARNUNG
•
Gefahr eines elektrischen Stromschlags! Sie dürfen das Gerät
lediglich zum Wechsel des Infrarotstrahlers önen. Vor dem
Auswechseln des Infrarotstrahlers das Netzkabel aus der
Steckdose ziehen! Das Gerät niemals reparieren, da sonst
eine einwandfreie Funktion nicht mehr gewährleistet ist. Bei
Nichtbeachten erlischt die Garantie.
•
Wenden Sie sich bei Reparaturen an den Kundenservice oder
an einen autorisierten Händler.

6. INBETRIEBNAHME
6.1 Vor der Inbetriebnahme
HINWEIS
•
Entfernen Sie vor Gebrauch des Gerätes jegliches Verpa-
ckungsmaterial.
•
Überprüfen Sie das Gerät auf Anzeichen von Abnutzung oder
Beschädigung. Benutzen Sie das Gerät bei Beschädigungen
im Zweifelsfall nicht und wenden Sie sich an Ihren Händler
oder an die angegebene Kundendienstadresse.
•
Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch unsachge-
mäßen oder falschen Gebrauch verursacht wurden.
•
Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Staub, Schmutz, Sonnenstrah-
lung und Feuchtigkeit.
6.2 Auspacken und auf stellen
WARNUNG
•
Das Gerät darf nicht gelegt oder schräg aufgestellt werden.
•
Der Mindestabstand
zwischen brennbaren
Gegenständen und
der Infrarotlampe darf
1 Meter nicht unter-
schreiten.
•
Achten Sie darauf,
dass das Gerät nicht
auf brennbaren Ge-
genständen, wie z.B.
Tischdecken oder
Teppichböden, steht.
•
Bringen Sie keine
leicht entzündlichen oder schmelzenden Gegenstände in die
Nähe des Gerätes.
•
Hängen Sie das Gerät nicht an die Wand oder an die Decke.
•
Benützen Sie das Gerät nicht im Freien.
•
Schützen Sie das Gerät vor stärkeren Stößen, um das Risiko
einer Beschädigung der Lampe zu vermeiden. Dazu gehört
auch das unsanfte Aufstellen.
•
Wickeln Sie das Netzkabel vollständig ab.
HINWEIS
Vermeiden Sie Stöße während des Betriebes und der Abkühl-
phase da diese zur Beschädigung des Infrarotsstrahlers führen
können.

Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Steckdose. Es leuchtet
kurz das Volldisplay auf, anschließend wird „--“ angezeigt. Die
Infrarotlampe ist nun betriebsbereit.
6.3 Behandlung vorbereiten
1.
Platzieren Sie sich so vor dem Gerät, dass Sie die Behand-
lung des betroenen Körperteils entspannt genießen können.
2. Stellen Sie durch Neigen der Infrarotlampe die optimale Aus-
richtung des Geräts zum behandelnden Körperteil ein. Grund-
sätzlich richtet sich der Abstand zur Infrarotlampe nach der
individuellen Wärmeempfindlichkeit und der jeweiligen Be-
handlung.
3. Wählen Sie den Abstand zum Gerät so, dass sich die Wärme
zu jeder Zeit noch angenehm auf der Haut anfühlt. Wenn sich
die Wärme zu warm auf Ihrer Haut anfühlt, vergrößern Sie den
Abstand zum Gerät.
4. Verwenden Sie während der Anwendung immer die beiliegen-
de Schutzbrille. Die Schutzbrille entspricht den Anforderungen
der EN ISO 16321-1:2022 und dient zum Schutz der Augen.
WARNUNG
Blicken Sie niemals ohne Schutzbrille direkt in das Infrarotlicht.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht fortlaufend länger als 15 Minuten,
Überhitzungsgefahr! Lassen Sie das Gerät erst abkühlen bevor
Sie es wieder benützen.
6.4 Behandlungsdauer
WARNUNG
Gefahr von Verbrennungen: Entfernen Sie metallische Teile, wie
z.B. Gürtelschnallen, Halsketten, BHs, Schmuck oder Piercings,
vor dem Einschalten des Gerätes aus der Behandlungszone, da
sich diese stark erhitzen können.
Zu Beginn empfehlen wir eine kürzere Bestrahlungsdauer zu wäh-
len. Die Haut einzelner Menschen kann jedoch auch bei korrekter
Anwendung des Gerätes auf die Wärmebestrahlung überempfind-
lich (z. B. starke Rötung, Blasenbildung, Juckreiz, starkes Schwit-
zen) oder allergisch reagieren.
Stellt sich nach 6 bis 8 Anwendungen keine Linderung der Be-
schwerden ein, benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht weiter, und konsul-
tieren Sie Ihren Arzt.
7. ANWENDUNG
7.1 Behandlung beginnen
WARNUNG
Verwenden Sie während der Behandlung
immer die beiliegende Schutzbrille. Kont-
rollieren Sie regelmäßig die bestrahlte Kör-
perstelle und die Reaktion der Haut. Been-
den Sie bei Anzeichen von
Überempfindlichkeit oder allergischer Re-
aktion umgehend die Bestrahlung und kon-
sultieren Sie einen Arzt.
Verbrennungsgefahr! Berühren Sie niemals während
der Behandlung die heiße Scheibe

1. Halten Sie die Schutzbrille an Ihre Augen und ziehen Sie das
Gummiband über Ihren Kopf. Sie können das Gummiband in-
dividuell einstellen.
2. Um das Gerät einzuschalten, drücken Sie den Ein-/Ausschal-
ter

. Das Gerät schaltet sich nach kurzer Zeit selbstständig
ein. Die Restzeitanzeige

zeigt 15 Minuten als Behandlungs-
dauer an.
3. Wählen Sie mit der Zeitwahltaste

7.2 Nach der Behandlung
HINWEIS

Zur Abkühlung des Geräts läuft der Ventilator 5 Minuten
nach Ablauf der Anwendungszeit weiter. Stecken Sie in
dieser Zeit das Gerät nicht aus.
•
Sobald der Abkühlungsprozess beendet ist, schaltet sich der
Ventilator aus. Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steck-
dose.
•
Das Gerät darf im erwärmten Zustand nicht ab- oder zuge-
deckt oder verpackt aufbewahrt werden!
8. REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE
8.1 Reinigung
WARNUNG
Vor jeder Reinigung muss das Gerät ausgeschaltet, vom Netz ge-
trennt und vollständig abgekühlt sein.
HINWEIS
•
Achten Sie darauf, dass kein Wasser in das Geräte innere ge-
langt!
•
Gerät nicht in der Spülmaschine reinigen!
Das Gerät kann mit einem feuchten Tuch gereinigt werden. Ver-
wenden Sie keine lösungsmittelhaltigen Reinigungsmittel. Das
Gerät sollte nach jeder Anwendung gereinigt werden.
Reinigen Sie die Schutzbrille von Zeit zu Zeit. Benutzen Sie zur
Reinigung ein leicht angefeuchtetes und weiches Tuch. Benutzen
Sie keine scharfen oder scheuernden Reinigungsmittel.
8.2 Infrarotstrahler auswechseln
Beachten Sie, dass als Ersatz für einen defekten Infrarotsstrahler
nur ein Infrarotstrahler des gleichen Typs verwendet werden darf.

Alten Infrarotstrahler herausnehmen
1. Legen Sie das abgekühlte Gerät mit der Ceramic Glasscheibe
auf eine ebene Unterlage.
2. Drehen Sie mit einem passenden Kreuzschlitz-Schraubendre-
her die vier Schrauben an der Geräterückwand heraus (siehe
Abbildung
A
) .
3. Stellen Sie das Gehäuse auf. Lassen Sie aber das vordere Teil
mit der Keramik-Glasscheibe auf einer erhöhten Unterlage, z.B.
einem Buch, aufliegen (siehe Abbildung
B
) .
4.
Fassen Sie den abgekühlten Infrarotsstrahler am rechten Ende
an und drücken Sie ihn vorsichtig nach links

5.
Ziehen Sie jetzt das rechte Ende des Infrarotstrahlers nach vor-
ne aus der Fassung.

Neuen Infrarotstrahler einsetzen
HINWEIS
Setzen Sie den neuen Infrarotstrahler nur mithilfe eines Tuchs ein.
Fassen Sie den Infrarotstrahler nicht mit den bloßen Fingern an,
da die Fettschicht auf der Haut den Infrarotstrahler beschädigen
kann.
1. Setzen Sie den neuen Infrarotsstrahler mithilfe eines Tuchs in
die Fassung ein. Das Einsetzen des neuen Infrarotsstrahlers
erfolgt sinngemäß in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wie der Ausbau.
2. Schließen Sie das Gerät wieder. Das Schließen des Geräts er-
folgt sinngemäß in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wie das Önen.
3. Achten Sie darauf, dass keine Gegenstände im Gehäuse ver-
bleiben und keine Kabel eingeklemmt werden!
Sollten Sie Probleme beim Wechsel des Infrarotstrahlers haben,
wenden Sie sich an den Kundendienst.
Aufbewahren
1.
Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker und lassen Sie das Gerät vollstän-
dig abkühlen, bevor Sie es bewegen.
2. Wenn Sie die Schutzbrille längere Zeit nicht verwenden, emp-
fehlen wir Ihnen, sie in der Originalverpackung in trockener
Umgebung und ohne Beschwerung aufzubewahren.
3.
Bewahren Sie den Wärmestrahler am besten in der Original-
Verpackung an einem trockenen Ort auf.

11. ENTSORGUNG
Im Interesse des Umweltschutzes darf das Gerät am Ende seiner
Lebensdauer nicht mit dem Hausmüll entfernt werden. Die Ent-
sorgung kann über entsprechende Sammelstellen in
Ihrem Land erfolgen. Befolgen Sie die örtlichen Vor-
schriften bei der Entsorgung der Materialien. Entsorgen
Sie das Gerät gemäß der Elektro- und Elektronik Alt-
geräte EG-Richtlinie – WEEE (Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment). Bei Rückfragen wenden Sie sich
bitte an die für die Entsorgung zuständige kommunale Behörde.
Rücknahmestellen für Ihre Altgeräte erhalten Sie z. B. bei der ört-
lichen Gemeinde- bzw. Stadtverwaltung, den örtlichen Müllent-
sorgungsunternehmen oder bei Ihrem Händler.
Hinweise für Verbraucher zur Altgeräteentsor-
gung und Verschrottung in Deutschland
Besitzer von Altgeräten können diese im Rahmen der durch die
öentlich-rechtlichen Entsorgungsträger eingerichteten und zur
Verfügung stehenden Möglichkeiten der Rückgabe oder Samm-

Versandhandel, wobei die Pflicht zur 1:1-Rücknahme im pri-

Klimageräte u.a.), Bildschirmgeräte und Großgeräte gilt. Für
die 1:1-Rücknahme von Lampen, Kleingeräten und kleinen
IT- u. Telekommunikationsgeräten sowie die 0:1-Rücknahme
müssen Versandhändler Rückgabemöglichkeiten in zumut-
barer Entfernung zum Endverbraucher bereitstellen.
Diese Vertreiber sind verpflichtet,

bei der Abgabe eines neuen Elektro- oder Elektronikgerätes
an einen Endnutzer ein Altgerät des Endnutzers der gleichen
Geräteart, das im Wesentlichen die gleichen Funktionen wie
das neue Gerät erfüllt, am Ort der Abgabe oder in unmittel-
barer Nähe hierzu unentgeltlich zurückzunehmen und

auf Verlangen des Endnutzers Altgeräte, die in keiner äußeren

Enthalten die Produkte Batterien und Akkus oder Lampen, die aus
dem Altgerät zerstörungsfrei entnommen werden können, müssen

3. INTENDED USE
Purpose
The infrared lamp is intended for irradiating the human body.
Through infrared light radiation, heat is conveyed to the individual.
Target group
This device is intended for self-treatment in the home, and not in
professional healthcare facilities. The application is suitable for all
adults who are not sensory impaired and who are fully conscious.
Clinical benefits
The infrared lamp allows the user to heat specific areas of the
skin using infrared light. As a result, blood supply to the irradiated
skin increases and the metabolic rate in the temperature field also
increases. The body’s healing process is stimulated by the eects
of the infrared light. Healing processes are therefore supported in
a targeted manner.
Indications
The user can use it as additional therapy in the treatment of the
following diseases:

Ear, nose and throat disorders, e.g. acute rhinitis
•
Acne
•
Muscular tension, e.g.
- Periarthropathic soft tissue diseases (myalgia, myogelo-
sis, myotendopathies, fibrositis)
- Arthralgia in arthritis
- Rheumatic joint problems (not with inflammatory flare-
ups)
Contraindications

This device is not intended for use by people with restricted
physical, sensory, or mental skills, or those who lack expe-
rience and/or knowledge, unless they are supervised by a
person who has responsibility for their safety or they receive
instructions from this person on how to use the device, so as
to prevent the risk of fire or burns.

Do NOT use this device on people who are insensitive to
heat.
Heat sensitivity can be lessened or increased in the follow-
ing cases:
- Diabetic patients
- Paraplegia patients
- People who are drowsy, have dementia, or problems with
concentration
- People with skin alterations due to illness
- People with scarred tissue in the area of application
- On children and elderly people
- After taking medication or drinking alcohol

Do NOT use this device in the following cases:
- Acute rheumatoid arthritis
- Infectious arthritis
- Circulatory disorders
- Decompensated cardiac insuciency or severe cardiac

Do not operate the device if you are wearing an implant, par-
ticularly if it is located in the area of the body to be treated. If
you have any doubts, consult your doctor.

If you are pregnant, do not operate the device near your ab-
domen, in order to prevent this area from overheating. If you
have any doubts, consult your doctor.

This device is not intended for use by children. Children
should be supervised to make sure that they do not play with
the device to avoid the risk of fire and burns.
Undesirable side eects
•
Medication, cosmetics or food can, under certain conditions,
lead to a hypersensitive or allergic skin reaction. In this case,
the irradiation must be stopped immediately.
•
During treatment, an appropriate distance must be main-
tained between the infrared lamp and the desired treatment
area to prevent skin irritation, such as tingling, itching and
burning, or excessive sensitivity to heat. Discontinue treat-
ment if this is the case. Alternatively, increase the radiation
distance and/or reduce the radiation duration.
•
Prolonged use may cause skin burns.
Intended use of protective eyewear
The protective eyewear is exclusively intended for protecting your
eyes against infrared radiation while using an infrared lamp. The
protective eyewear provides protection against infrared radia-
tion only. The protective eyewear does NOT provide protection
against other types of radiation. Use the protective eyewear only
with beurer infrared lamps. Never use the protective eyewear with
infrared lamps from other manufacturers.
Always use the protective eyewear directly over your eyes, not
over another pair of glasses. The protective eyewear is intended

4. WARNINGS AND SAFETY NOTES
Electrical safety
The device is protected against overheating by a thermal fuse that
is triggered automatically.
WARNING

Any form of improper use can be dangerous.
•
To avoid the risk of electric shock or permanent damage to
the device, check that the voltage specified on the device
corresponds to the local mains voltage before connecting the
device.
•
Use a mains connection that is easily accessible so that the
mains plug can be removed quickly if necessary.
•
Do not touch the mains plug with wet hands as there is a risk
of electric shock!
•
Arrange the mains cable so that no-one will trip over it.
•
Always remove the mains plug from the socket when the de-
vice is not in use, when you are cleaning the device, or in
the event of disruptions, smoke, or odour formation. When
removing the plug, pull on the mains plug, not on the cable!

Caution when handling the mains cable (risk of strangulation
and suocation).
•
Before use, ensure that the device and included components
display no visible damage. If you have any doubts, do not
use the device and contact your retailer or the specified Cus-

Important notes
WARNING

The distance between the body part and the infrared lamp is
generally determined on the basis of individual sensitivities to
heat and the type of treatment being performed. The greater
the distance between you and the device, the larger the treat-
ment area and the lower the heat of the infrared light. At a
smaller distance, the treatment area is reduced and the heat
of the infrared light becomes more intense.
•
Limit the length of use and check the skin's reaction.
•
An appropriate distance between the infrared lamp and the
desired treatment area must be maintained during treatment
so that no skin irritation, such as tingling, itching, and burn-
ing, or excessive heat sensitivity occurs. Stop the treatment if
this occurs. Alternatively, increase the radiation distance and/
or reduce the radiation duration.
•
This device is not intended for radiation from above.
•
To avoid accidental contact with the hot filter, make sure that
there is sucient distance between you and the device. Se-
lect the distance to the device such that the heat feels pleas-
ant for you.
•
Medications, cosmetics or food products can lead to a hyper-
sensitive or allergic skin reaction in some cases. Should this
occur, radiation should be stopped immediately.
•
Exercise particular caution and attentiveness during pro-
longed operation of the device.
•
Do not use the device if you are tired and there is a risk of
falling asleep during radiation.
•
Overly prolonged radiation may lead to the skin being burned.
•
Children are unaware of the dangers posed by electrical de-
vices. Make sure that the device cannot be used by children
without supervision.
•
Do not use the device in a linty or dusty environment.

Repairs
WARNING
•
Risk of electric shock! You may only open the device to
change the infrared lamp. Unplug the mains cable from the
socket before replacing the infrared lamp! Never try to repair
the device yourself, as faultless functionality can no longer be
guaranteed thereafter. Failure to comply with this instruction
will void the guarantee.

6. INITIAL USE
6.1 Prior to initial use
NOTICE
•
Before using the device, remove all packaging material.
•
Check the device for signs of wear and tear or damage. If
the device is damaged or you have any doubts, do not use it
and contact your retailer or Customer Services at the address
provided.
•
The manufacturer is not liable for damage resulting from im-
proper or incorrect use.
•
Protect the device from dust, dirt, sunshine and moisture.
6.2 Unpacking and setup
WARNING
•
The device should not be laid flat or positioned at an angle.
•
The minimum distance between combustible objects and the
infrared lamp must not be less than 1 metre.
•
Ensure that the device
is not placed on flam-

tablecloths or carpets.

Do not bring items that

Protect the device from strong impacts to avoid the risk of

Unwind the mains cable fully.
NOTICE
Avoid knocks to the device during use and during the cooling o
period, as these can lead to the infrared lamp being damaged.
1. Place the device on a stable, even surface.

Insert the mains plug into the socket. The full display lights
up briefly and then “--” is displayed. The infrared lamp is now
ready for operation.
6.3 Preparation for treatment
1.
Position yourself in front of the device so that you can relax and
enjoy the treatment of the aected part of the body.
2. Align the device correctly by tilting the infrared lamp towards
the part of the body requiring treatment. The distance between
the body part and the infrared lamp is generally determined
on the basis of individual sensitivities to heat and the type of
treatment being performed.

Select the distance to the device such that the heat always
feels pleasant on the skin. If the heat feels too warm on your
skin, move away from the device.
4.
Always use the supplied protective eyewear during usage. The
protective eyewear corresponds to the requirements of EN ISO
16321-1:2022 and serves to protect the eyes.
WARNING
Never look directly into the infrared light without protective eye-
wear.
Do not use the device continuously for longer than 15 minutes
as there is a risk of overheating! Allow the device to cool before
using it again.
6.4 Treatment duration
WARNING
Risk of burning: Before switching on the device, remove metallic
objects from the area to be treated, such as belt buckles, necklac-
es, bras, jewellery, or piercings, as these can heat up significantly.
We recommend selecting a short radiation time at the start. Even
when the device is used correctly, some people may still experi-
ence a hypersensitive (e.g. severe reddening, blistering, itchiness,
heavy sweating) or allergic skin reaction to the heat radiation.
If symptoms are not relieved after 6 to 8 applications, stop using
the device and consult your doctor.

7. USAGE
7.1 Starting treatment
WARNING
Always use the supplied protective eyewear during treatment.
Monitor the area of the body being irradiated and the reaction of
the skin regularly. Should signs of hypersensitivity or allergic
reactions occur, cease radiation

If the device is warm, do not cover it or pack and store it.
8. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
8.1 Cleaning
WARNING
The device must be switched o, disconnected from the mains,
and allowed to cool down fully each time before each cleaning.
NOTICE
•
Make sure that no water gets inside the device!
•
Do not clean the device in the dishwasher.
The device may be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not use any
solvent-based cleaning products. The device should be cleaned
after each use.
Clean the protective eyewear from time to time. Use a slightly
damp, soft cloth to clean it. Do not use any harsh or abrasive
cleaning products.
8.2 Replacing the infrared lamp
Please note that only an infrared lamp of the same type may be
used as a replacement for a defective infrared lamp.
WARNING
Risk of electric shock!
•
Unplug the mains cable from the socket before replacing the
infrared lamp!
•
Risk of burns from hot surfaces.
•
Allow the device to cool fully before starting repair work.
•
Infrared light sources are excluded from the guarantee.
Removing the old infrared lamp
1. Place the cooled device with the ceramic glass pane on a flat
surface.
2. Unscrew the four screws on the rear panel of the device using
a suitable Phillips screwdriver (see Figure
A
).
3. Set the housing upright. However, allow the front part with the
ceramic glass pane to rest on a raised surface, e.g. a book
(see Figure
B
).

Hold the cooled infrared lamp at its right end and carefully
press it to the left

Now pull the right end of the infrared lamp forwards out of
the socket.
Inserting the new infrared lamp
NOTICE
Only insert the new infrared lamp using a cloth. Do not touch the
infrared lamp with bare fingers, as the layer of grease adhering to
your skin may damage it.
1. Insert the new infrared lamp into the socket using a cloth. In-
stallation of the new infrared lamp is carried out in the reverse
sequence to removal.
2. Close the device again. Closing of the device is carried out in
the reverse sequence to the opening.
3.
Ensure that no objects remain in the housing and no cables
are trapped.
If you have problems replacing the infrared lamp, please contact
Customer Services.
Storage
1. Remove the mains plug and allow the device to cool fully be-
fore moving it.
2.
If you do not plan to use the protective eyewear for an ex-
tended period of time, we recommend storing it in its original
packaging in a dry environment, ensuring that it is not weighed
down by other items.
3. The heat lamp should ideally be stored in the original packag-
ing and in a dry place.

RECOMMANDATIONS
Utilisation prévue
La lampe à infrarouge est conçue pour l’irradiation du corps hu-
main.
La chaleur est transmise sur l’homme par rayonnement de lumière
infrarouge.
Groupe cible
Cet appareil est destiné à un usage personnel dans un environ-
nement domestique et non dans des établissements de soins
de santé professionnels. L’utilisation convient à tous les adultes,
exempts de handicap sensoriel, en pleine conscience.
Utilité clinique
La lampe à infrarouge permet à l’utilisateur de réchauer certaines
zones de la peau grâce à la lumière infrarouge. La peau rayonnée
est mieux irriguée et le métabolisme augmente dans le champ de
température. L'eet de la lumière infrarouge permet de stimuler
la guérison du corps. Le processus de guérison est ainsi soutenu
de manière ciblée.
Indications
L’utilisateur peut utiliser l’appareil comme traitement adjuvant
pour le traitement des maladies suivantes:

Maladies de la gorge, du nez et des oreilles, p. ex. rhinite
aiguë

Acné
•
Tensions musculaires, p.ex.
- Maladies périarthropathiques des tissus mous (myalgie,

Contre-indications
AVERTISSEMENT

Cet appareil n’est pas conçu pour être utilisé par une per-
sonne dont les capacités physiques, sensorielles ou intellec-
tuelles sont limitées, ou n’ayant pas l’expérience et/ou les
connaissances nécessaires. Le cas échéant, cette personne
doit, pour sa sécurité, être surveillée par une personne com-
pétente ou doit recevoir vos recommandations sur la manière
d’utiliser l’appareil, pour éviter tout risque d’incendie ou de
brûlure.

- de troubles de la circulation sanguine,
- d’insusance cardiaque congestive ou d’arythmie car-
diaque grave,
- d’infarctus du myocarde aigu ou récent,
- de diabète sucré dérégé, d’hyperthyroïdie, d’insusance
corticosurrénale,
- d'infections,

N’utilisez pas l’appareil si vous portez un implant, surtout s’il
se trouve dans la zone à traiter. En cas de doute, demandez
conseil à votre médecin.

Si vous êtes enceinte, n’utilisez pas l’appareil près de votre

Utilisation conforme aux recommandations
Lunettes de protection
Les lunettes de protection sont conçues exclusivement pour pro-
téger vos yeux contre les rayons infrarouges pendant l’utilisation
d’une lampe à infrarouge. Les lunettes de protection protègent
exclusivement contre les rayons infrarouge. Les lunettes de pro-
tection ne protègent PAS des autres rayons. Utilisez les lunettes
de protection exclusivement avec des lampes à infrarouge beurer.
N’utilisez pas les lunettes de protection avec des lampes à infra-
rouge d’autres fabricants.
Portez toujours les lunettes de protection directement sur les yeux
et non sur d’autres lunettes. Les lunettes de protection ne doivent
être utilisées que dans un environnement domestique/privé et en
aucun cas dans un cadre professionnel.

4. CONSIGNES D’AVERTISSEMENT
ET DE MISE EN GARDE
Sécurité électrique
L'appareil est protégé contre la surchaue grâce à un fusible ther-
mique à déclenchement automatique.
AVERTISSEMENT
•
Toute utilisation inappropriée peut être dangereuse!
•
Pour éviter tout risque de choc électrique ou d’endommage-
ment irréversible de l’appareil, vérifiez que la tension indiquée
sur l’appareil correspond à la tension secteur locale avant de
le brancher.

Utilisez une prise secteur facilement accessible, afin de pou-
voir débrancher la fiche secteur en cas de besoin.
•
Ne touchez pas la fiche d’alimentation avec les mains mouil-
lées, risque d’électrocution!

Placez le câble d’alimentation de manière à ce que personne
ne puisse trébucher dessus.
•
Débranchez systématiquement la fiche secteur de la prise de
courant si l’appareil n’est pas utilisé, pour nettoyer l’appa-

En principe, la distance par rapport à la lampe à infrarouge
dépend de la sensibilité individuelle à la chaleur et du traite-
ment concerné. Plus la distance entre vous et l’appareil est
grande, plus la zone de traitement est grande et plus la cha-
leur de la lumière infrarouge est faible. À une distance plus
courte, la zone de traitement diminue également et la chaleur
de la lumière infrarouge devient plus intense.
•
Limitez la durée d’application et contrôlez la réaction de la
peau.
•
Utilisez le radiateur thermique infrarouge à une distance de
la zone de rayonnement souhaitée telle qu'aucune irritation
de la peau, comme des fourmillements, des démangeaisons,
des brûlures ou une sensation de chaleur excessive ne puisse
être ressentie pendant le traitement. Dans ce cas, interrom-
pez le traitement. Vous pouvez également augmenter la dis-
tance de rayonnement et/ou réduire la durée de rayonnement.
•
Cet appareil n’est pas destiné à l’irradiation par le haut.
•
Pour éviter tout contact accidentel avec le filtre chaud, as-
surez-vous que la distance entre vous et l’appareil est su-

Réparation
AVERTISSEMENT
•
Risque de choc électrique! L’ouverture de l’appareil est uni-
quement autorisée pour le changement de l’émetteur infra-
rouge. Avant de remplacer l’émetteur infrarouge, débrancher
le câble d’alimentation de la prise! N’essayez en aucun cas
de réparer l’appareil, faute de quoi un fonctionnement irrépro-
chable ne sera plus garanti. Le non-respect de cette consigne
annulerait la garantie.
•
Pour toute réparation, adressez-vous au service client ou à

6. MISE EN FONCTIONNEMENT
6.1 Avant la mise en fonctionnement
AVIS

Retirez tous les matériaux d’emballage avant d’utiliser l’ap-
pareil.

Vérifiez si l’appareil présente des signes d’usure ou d’endom-
magement. Si l'appareil est endommagé, ne l'utilisez pas et
adressez-vous à votre revendeur ou au service client indiqué
en cas de doute.

Le fabricant ne peut être tenu pour responsable des dom-
mages causés par une utilisation inappropriée ou non
conforme.
•
Protégez l'appareil de la poussière, de la saleté, des rayons
du soleil et de l'humidité.
6.2 Déballage et installation

de refroidissement, afin d’éviter d’endommager l’ampoule.

nant prête à l’utilisation.

6.3 Préparation du traitement
1. Placez-vous devant l'appareil de manière à pouvoir profiter en
toute détente du traitement de la partie du corps concernée.
2. En inclinant la lampe à infrarouge, réglez la direction optimale
de l'appareil vers la partie du corps à traiter. En principe, la dis-
tance par rapport à la lampe à infrarouge dépend de la sensibi-
lité individuelle à la chaleur et du traitement concerné.
3.
Réglez la distance par rapport à l’appareil de manière à ce
que la chaleur soit toujours agréable sur la peau. Si la chaleur
est trop chaude sur votre peau, éloignez-vous de l’appareil.
4.
Pendant l’utilisation, utilisez toujours les lunettes de protection
fournies. Les lunettes de protection sont conformes aux exi-
gences de la norme EN ISO 16321-1:2022 et servent à pro-
téger les yeux.
AVERTISSEMENT
Ne regardez jamais directement la lumière infrarouge sans lunettes
de protection.
N’utilisez pas l’appareil de façon ininterrompue pendant une durée
supérieure à 15minutes, risque de surchaue! Laissez l’appareil
refroidir avant de le réutiliser.
6.4 Durée de traitement
AVERTISSEMENT
Risque de brûlures: Avant de mettre l’appareil en marche, reti-
rez les pièces métalliques telles que boucles de ceinture, colliers,
soutiens-gorges, bijoux ou piercings de la zone à traiter, étant
donné qu’elles risquent de s’échauer fortement.
Pour commencer, nous recommandons de sélectionner une du-
rée de traitement courte. Même en cas d’utilisation correcte de
l’appareil, la peau de certaines personnes peut toutefois être plus
sensible au rayonnement de la chaleur (p. ex. fortes rougeurs, for-
mation d’ampoules, démangeaisons, forte transpiration) ou réagir
de façon allergique.
Si vous ne ressentez aucun soulagement après 6 à 8utilisations,
cessez d’utiliser l’appareil et consultez votre médecin.
7. UTILISATION
7.1 Démarrer l’utilisation
AVERTISSEMENT
Utilisez toujours les lunettes de protection
fournies pendant le traitement. Contrôlez
régulièrement la partie du corps soumise
au rayonnement et la réaction de la peau.
En cas de signe d'hypersensibilité ou de
réaction allergique, cessez immédiatement
le rayonnement et consultez un médecin.

7.2 Après le traitement

Pour refroidir l’appareil, le ventilateur continue de tour-
ner 5minutes après la fin du temps d’utilisation. N’étei-
gnez pas l’appareil pendant ce laps de temps.

Dès que le processus de ventilation est terminé, le ventilateur
s’éteint. Déconnectez la fiche de la prise.
•
Lorsqu’il est chaud, l‘appareil ne doit pas être recouvert ni
emballé!
8. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
8.1 Nettoyage
AVERTISSEMENT
Avant chaque nettoyage, l'appareil doit être éteint, débranché du
secteur et complètement refroidi.

Assurez-vous que l’eau ne s’infiltre pas à l’intérieur de l’ap-
pareil!
•
Ne lavez pas l’appareil au lave-vaisselle!
L’appareil peut être nettoyé à l’aide d’un chion humide. N’utilisez
pas de produits de nettoyage contenant des solvants. L’appareil
doit être nettoyé après chaque utilisation.
Nettoyez régulièrement les lunettes de protection. Pour le net-
toyage, utilisez un chion doux légèrement humidifié. N’utilisez
pas de produits nettoyants abrasifs.
8.2 Remplacement du diuseur de chaleur
infrarouge
Veuillez noter qu’en cas de remplacement d’un projecteur infra-
rouge défectueux, seul un projecteur infrarouge du même type
doit être utilisé.

Retrait de l’ancien émetteur infrarouge

Posez l’appareil refroidi avec le côté vitre céramique sur une
surface plane.
2.
À l’aide d’un tournevis cruciforme adapté, retirez les quatre vis
de la paroi arrière de l’appareil (voir figure
A
).
3. Placez le boîtier. Laissez toutefois la partie avant avec la vitre
en céramique sur une surface surélevée, par ex. un livre (voir
illustration

4. Saisissez l’extrémité droite de l’émetteur infrarouge refroidi et
poussez-le délicatement vers la gauche

Tirez maintenant l’extrémité droite de l’émetteur infrarouge vers
l’avant, hors de la douille.

Insertion d’un nouveau radiateur infrarouge
AVIS
Installez le nouvel émetteur infrarouge uniquement à l’aide d’un
chion. Ne touchez pas l’émetteur infrarouge avec les doigts nus,
car la couche de graisse sur la peau peut endommager l’émetteur
infrarouge.

Insérez le nouvel émetteur infrarouge dans la douille à l’aide
d’un chion. La mise en place de la nouvelle ampoule infra
-
rouge s’eectue dans l’ordre inverse du démontage.
2.
Refermez l'appareil. La fermeture de l’appareil s’eectue dans
l’ordre inverse de l’ouverture.
3. Assurez-vous que plus aucun objet ne reste dans le boîtier et
qu’aucun câble ne soit coincé!
Si vous rencontrez des problèmes lors du remplacement de
l’émetteur infrarouge, adressez-vous au service après-vente.

Débranchez la fiche d’alimentation et laissez l’appareil refroidir
complètement avant de le déplacer.

Si vous n’utilisez pas les lunettes de protection pendant une
période prolongée, nous vous recommandons de les ranger
dans leur emballage d’origine sans rien poser dessus.

Conservez de préférence le diuseur de chaleur dans son em-
ballage d’origine, dans un endroit sec.

3. USO CORRECTO
Finalidad
La lámpara de infrarrojos se ha diseñado para el uso en el cuerpo
humano.
La irradiación con luz infrarroja transporta calor al ser humano.
Grupo objetivo
Este aparato está previsto para la autoaplicación en el entorno do-
méstico, no en instalaciones profesionales de asistencia sanitaria.
La aplicación es adecuada para cualquier persona adulta que no
tenga deficiencias sensoriales y esté totalmente consciente.
Beneficios clínicos
La lámpara de infrarrojos permite al usuario calentar determina-
das zonas de la piel mediante la luz infrarroja. La circulación de la
piel que recibe la irradiación mejora considerablemente y aumenta
la tasa metabólica en el campo de temperatura. La luz infrarroja
estimula al cuerpo para la sanación. De este modo, se favorecen
determinados procesos curativos.
Indicaciones
El usuario puede utilizar el aparato como terapia complementaria
en el tratamiento de las siguientes enfermedades:
•
trastornos otorrinolaringológicos, p.ej., rinitis aguda;
•
acné;
•
tensiones musculares, p. ej.,
- enfermedades periartropáticas de las partes blandas
(mialgia, miogelosia, miotendopatías, fibrositis);
- artralgias por artrosis;
- dificultades articulares reumáticas (no en el caso de bro-
tes inflamatorios).
Contraindicaciones
ADVERTENCIA
•
Este aparato no debe ser utilizado por personas con facul-
tades físicas, sensoriales o mentales limitadas, o con poca
experiencia o conocimientos, a no ser que los vigile una per-
sona responsable de su seguridad o que esta persona les
indique cómo se debe utilizar el aparato para evitar el riesgo
de incendio y quemaduras.
•
NO utilizar este aparato con personas insensibles al calor.
La sensibilidad al calor puede verse limitada o aumentada
en los siguientes casos:
- en pacientes diabéticos;
- en personas parapléjicas;
- en personas con somnolencia, demencia o problemas de
concentración;
- en personas con lesiones cutáneas producidas por algu-
na enfermedad;
- en personas con cicatrices en la zona de aplicación;
- en niños y personas mayores;
- si se han tomado medicamentos o alcohol.
•
NO utilice este dispositivo en los siguientes casos:
- artritis reumatoide aguda;
- artritis infecciosa;
- problemas circulatorios;
- insuficiencia cardiaca descompensada o arritmia grave;
- infarto de miocardio agudo o reciente;
- diabetes mellitus descompensada; hipertiroidismo; en-
fermedad de Addison;
- infecciones;
- heridas abiertas;
- fuerte hinchazón;
- radioterapia (incl. tres meses después del tratamiento);
- problemas de sensibilidad en la zona de tratamiento.
•
No utilice el aparato si lleva un implante, especialmente si
el implante se encuentra en la parte del cuerpo en la que
va a realizar el tratamiento. En caso de duda, consulte a su
médico.
•
Si está embarazada, no utilice el aparato cerca del abdomen
para evitar el sobrecalentamiento de esta zona. En caso de
duda, consulte a su médico.
•
Este aparato no se ha diseñado para ser utilizado por niños.
Los niños deben ser supervisados para asegurarse de que
no jueguen con el aparato, para evitar el riesgo de incendio
y quemaduras.
Efectos secundarios no deseados
•
En determinadas circunstancias, algunos medicamentos,
cosméticos o alimentos pueden producir una reacción de
hipersensibilidad o una reacción alérgica. En este caso, la
irradiación debe detenerse inmediatamente.
•
Durante el tratamiento se debe mantener una distancia ade-
cuada entre la lámpara de infrarrojos y la zona de tratamiento
deseada para evitar irritaciones de la piel, así como hormi-
gueo, picor, ardor o una sensibilidad demasiado alta al calor.
En ese caso interrumpa el tratamiento. De forma alternativa,
aumente la distancia de radiación y/o reduzca la duración de
la radiación.
•
Un uso prolongado puede provocar quemaduras en la piel.
Uso correcto de las gafas de protección
Las gafas de protección se han diseñado únicamente para pro-
teger los ojos de la irradiación infrarroja mientras se utiliza una
lámpara de infrarrojos. Las gafas protegen únicamente de la
irradiación infrarroja. Las gafas NO protegen contra otro tipo de
irradiación. Utilice las gafas únicamente con lámparas de infrarro-
jos de beurer. No las utilice con lámparas de infrarrojos de otros
fabricantes.
Colóquese las gafas siempre directamente sobre los ojos, nun-
ca sobre otras gafas. Las gafas de protección están diseñadas
exclusivamente para su uso privado o en el hogar y no para uso
industrial.

Las gafas de protección no deben utilizarse como protección con-
tra peligros mecánicos (p. ej., contra golpes).
No contienen sustancias contaminantes, según los requisitos le-
gales.
4. INDICACIONES DE ADVERTENCIA Y DE
SEGURIDAD
Seguridad eléctrica
El aparato está protegido contra el sobrecalentamiento mediante
un fusible térmico de activación automática.
ADVERTENCIA
•
¡Todo uso inadecuado puede ser peligroso!
•
Compruebe que la tensión indicada en el aparato coincide
con la tensión de red local antes de conectarlo para evitar
peligros de descarga eléctrica o de daños permanentes en
el aparato.
•
Utilice una toma de corriente de fácil acceso para desenchu-
far rápidamente el conector de red si fuera necesario.
•
No toque el conector de red con las manos mojadas, ¡existe
el peligro de recibir una descarga eléctrica!
•
Tienda el cable de alimentación de modo que nadie pueda
tropezar con él.
•
Desenchufe siempre el conector de red de la toma de co-
rriente cuando no utilice el aparato, cuando lo limpie, si fun-
ciona mal o si desprende humo o mal olor. ¡Desenchufe el
aparato tirando del conector de red, no del cable!
•
Tenga cuidado al manipular el cable de alimentación (peligro
de estrangulación y asfixia).
•
Antes de utilizar el aparato deberá asegurarse de que tan-
to este como los componentes suministrados no presenten
daños visibles. En caso de duda, no lo use y póngase en
contacto con su distribuidor o con la dirección de atención al
cliente indicada. Esta indicación debe aplicarse en particular
en caso de arañazos y grietas en la placa o de grietas en la
carcasa.
•
Si se producen daños en el cable de alimentación y en la
carcasa, póngase en contacto con el servicio de atención al
cliente o con su distribuidor; de lo contrario, existe el peligro
de recibir una descarga eléctrica.
•
El aparato solamente estará desconectado de la red de ali-
mentación cuando el conector se haya desenchufado de la
toma de corriente.
•
Si el cable de alimentación de este aparato se daña, deberá
desecharse. Si el cable no se puede extraer, el aparato de-
berá sustituirse.
•
No enrolle nunca el cable de alimentación alrededor de la
lámpara de infrarrojos.
Indicaciones de seguridad para su salud
ADVERTENCIA
•
¡Peligro de quemaduras! La placa y la carcasa del aparato
se calientan considerablemente durante el funcionamiento.
¡Peligro de quemaduras en caso de contacto!
•
No toque la placa caliente cuando pulse los botones (encen-
dido/apagado y temporizador). Existe peligro de quemadu-
ras.
•
Espere siempre a que el aparato se enfríe antes de tocarlo.
•
Desenchufe siempre el conector de red y espere a que el
aparato se enfríe antes de volver a guardarlo.
•
No toque el aparato con las manos húmedas mientras esté
conectado.
•
¡El agua y la electricidad son una combinación peligrosa! Para
evitar el riesgo de descarga eléctrica:
- No utilice este aparato en entornos húmedos (p.ej., en
el cuarto de baño o cerca de una ducha o bañera).
- No permita que entre agua en el aparato.
- No rocíe el aparato con agua.
- El aparato solo se debe utilizar cuando esté completa-
mente seco.
Manejo seguro

La radiación infrarroja que emite este dispositivo puede pro-
vocar irritación ocular. No mire directamente a la fuente de luz
y utilice las gafas de protección que se adjuntan.
•
Mantenga a los niños alejados del material de embalaje (pe-
ligro de asfixia).
•
Utilice siempre durante la aplicación las gafas de protección
que se adjuntan.
•
No utilizar en bebés ni niños pequeños.
•
Este aparato no se ha diseñado para utilizarse en cambiado-
res de pañales, cunas ni similares.
•
No utilice el aparato nunca cerca del agua.
•
No utilice el aparato si se cae, si se ha expuesto a una hu-
medad extrema o si resulta deteriorado por cualquier otro
motivo.
•
El aparato no debe sumergirse en agua ni en otros líquidos y
no debe penetrar ningún líquido en él.
•
Para evitar el riesgo de incendio y quemaduras, no deje el
equipo sin supervisión durante su uso.
•
Apague el aparato de inmediato si presenta defectos o se
producen fallos de funcionamiento.
•
Desenchufe siempre el aparato de la toma de corriente des-
pués de usarlo y en caso de corte de corriente para evitar
daños en el aparato.
•
Si la toma a la que está conectado el aparato no está bien
conectada, el enchufe del aparato se calentará. Asegúrese
de conectar el equipo a una toma de corriente correctamente
instalada para evitar el riesgo de incendio y quemaduras.
Avisos importantes
ADVERTENCIA
•
La distancia a la lámpara de infrarrojos depende básicamente
de la sensibilidad al calor de cada persona y del tratamiento
en cuestión. Cuanto mayor sea la distancia entre usted y el
aparato, mayor será la zona de tratamiento y menor será el
calor de la luz infrarroja. Si la distancia es menor, se reduce
también la zona de tratamiento y se intensifica el calor de la
luz infrarroja.
•
Limite el tiempo de aplicación y controle la reacción de la piel.
•
Utilice la lámpara de infrarrojos exclusivamente a una distan-
cia tal de la zona que desee tratar que durante el tratamiento
no se produzcan irritaciones de la piel; como hormigueo, pi-
cor, ardor o una sensibilidad demasiado alta al calor. En ese
caso, interrumpa el tratamiento. Como alternativa, aumente
la distancia y/o reduzca la duración del tratamiento.
•
Este aparato no se ha diseñado para la irradiación desde
arriba.
•
Para evitar un contacto involuntario con el filtro caliente,
asegúrese de que la distancia entre usted y el aparato sea
suficiente. Seleccione la distancia con respecto al equipo de
forma que el calor le resulte agradable.
•
En determinadas circunstancias, algunos medicamentos,
cosméticos o alimentos pueden producir una reacción de hi-
persensibilidad o una reacción alérgica. En ese caso, deberá
dejar de utilizarse inmediatamente el aparato.

Se requieren un cuidado y una atención especiales si el apa-
rato se utiliza de forma continuada.
•
¡No utilice el aparato si está cansado y existe el riesgo de que
se quede dormido durante la irradiación!
•
Una exposición demasiado prolongada a la irradiación puede
provocar quemaduras en la piel.
•
Los niños no son conscientes de los peligros que entrañan
los aparatos eléctricos. Asegúrese de que no puedan utilizar
el aparato sin la supervisión de un adulto.
•
No utilice el aparato en entornos con pelusas o con polvo.
Advertencias e indicaciones de seguridad

•
No deje el material de embalaje al alcance de los niños. Exis-
te peligro de asfixia.
•
Los niños no deberán jugar con las gafas de protección.
•
Antes de la aplicación, asegúrese de que las gafas de pro-
tección no presenten ningún daño visible (p. ej., grietas u
orificios). Si las gafas presentan algún daño, NO las utilice.
•
No utilizar gafas protectoras que hayan sufrido impactos, es-
tas deberán desecharse y sustituirse.
•
Los materiales de las gafas que entren en contacto con la piel
de quien las lleva podrían provocar reacciones alérgicas en
personas con piel sensible.
•
Asegúrese de que las gafas no entren en contacto con gra-
sas, aceites ni alcohol (p.ej., productos de limpieza o tónicos
faciales).
•
Use las gafas solo en ambientes silenciosos para no distraer-
se durante el uso.
•
Las gafas protectoras no son adecuadas para conducir ni
para circular por carretera
Reparación
ADVERTENCIA
•
¡Peligro de descarga eléctrica! Solo deberá abrir el aparato
para cambiar el radiador de calor infrarrojo. Antes de cam-
biar el radiador de calor infrarrojo, desenchufe el cable de
red de la toma de corriente. No debe reparar usted mismo el
aparato; en caso contrario, ya no se garantizará su correcto
funcionamiento. El incumplimiento de esta disposición anula
la garantía.
•
Diríjase al servicio de atención al cliente o a un distribuidor
autorizado para que lleven a cabo las reparaciones.

6. PUESTA EN FUNCIONAMIENTO
6.1 Antes de la puesta en funcionamiento
AVISO
•
Antes de utilizar el aparato, retire todo el material de emba-
laje.
•
Compruebe si el aparato presenta signos de desgaste o de-
terioro. En caso de duda, no lo utilice si presenta daños y
diríjase a su distribuidor o a la dirección de atención al cliente
indicada.
•
El fabricante declina toda responsabilidad por daños y perjui-
cios debidos a un uso inadecuado o incorrecto.
•
Proteja el aparato del polvo, la suciedad, la luz del sol y la
humedad.
6.2 Desembalaje e instalación
ADVERTENCIA
•
El aparato no debe colocarse en posición horizontal ni in-
clinada.
•
La distancia mínima

Evite impactos durante el funcionamiento y la fase de enfriamien-
to, ya que pueden dañar el radiador de calor infrarrojo.
1. Coloque el aparato sobre una superficie estable y plana.
2. Enchufe el conector de red a la toma de corriente. Se ilumina
brevemente la pantalla completa y, a continuación, se mues-
tra «--». La lámpara de infrarrojos ya está lista para funcionar.
6.3 Preparación del tratamiento
1. Colóquese delante del aparato de forma que pueda disfrutar
relajadamente del tratamiento de la parte del cuerpo afectada.
2. Incline la lámpara de infrarrojos para que el aparato quede en
la posición perfecta respecto a la parte del cuerpo que se va
a tratar. La distancia a la lámpara de infrarrojos depende bá-
sicamente de la sensibilidad al calor de cada persona y del
tratamiento en cuestión.
3. Seleccione la distancia con respecto al aparato de forma que
el calor en la piel sea agradable en todo momento. Si nota un
calor excesivo en la piel, aumente la distancia con respecto
al aparato.

Utilice siempre durante la aplicación las gafas de protección
que se adjuntan. Las gafas de protección cumplen los requi-
mín. 1m

sitos de la norma EN ISO 16321-1:2022 y sirven para prote-
ger los ojos.
ADVERTENCIA
No mire nunca directamente a la luz infrarroja sin gafas de pro-
tección.
No utilice el aparato durante más de 15 minutos seguidos: ¡riesgo
de sobrecalentamiento! Espere a que el aparato se enfríe antes
de volver a utilizarlo.
6.4 Duración del tratamiento
ADVERTENCIA
Riesgo de quemaduras: Retire todas las piezas metálicas, como
hebillas de cinturón, collares, sujetadores, joyas o piercings, de la
zona de tratamiento antes de encender el aparato; ya que pueden
calentarse mucho.
Para empezar recomendamos elegir un tiempo de tratamiento
breve. Sin embargo, aunque el aparato se utilice correctamente,
la piel de algunas personas puede reaccionar a la radiación de
calor con hipersensibilidad (p.ej. fuerte enrojecimiento, ampollas,
irritación, fuerte sudoración) o con alergias.
Si las molestias no remiten tras entre 6 y 8 aplicaciones, no siga
utilizando el aparato y consulte a su médico.
7. APLICACIÓN
7.1 Inicio del tratamiento
ADVERTENCIA
Utilice siempre durante el tratamiento las
gafas de protección que se adjuntan. Con-
trole regularmente la zona irradiada del
cuerpo y la reacción de la piel. En caso de
que aparezcan signos de hipersensibilidad
o de reacción alérgica, deje de utilizar in-
mediatamente el aparato y consulte a un
médico.

liente durante el tratamiento

7.2 Tras el tratamiento
AVISO
•
Para enfriar el aparato, el ventilador sigue funcionando 5
minutos una vez transcurrido el tiempo de aplicación. No
apague el aparato durante este tiempo.
•
El ventilador se apagará en cuanto finalice el proceso de

8. LIMPIEZA Y CUIDADO
8.1 Limpieza
ADVERTENCIA
Apague el aparato, desenchúfelo y espere a que se enfríe comple-
tamente antes de proceder a limpiarlo.

¡No lave el aparato en el lavavajillas!
El aparato se puede limpiar con un paño húmedo. No use pro-
ductos de limpieza que contengan disolventes. El aparato debe
limpiarse después de cada aplicación.
Limpie las gafas de vez en cuando. Utilice para la limpieza un
paño suave ligeramente humedecido. No utilice productos de lim-
pieza corrosivos ni abrasivos.
8.2 Sustitución del radiador de calor infrarrojo
Tenga en cuenta que para sustituir un radiador de calor infrarrojo
defectuoso solo se puede utilizar un radiador de calor infrarrojo
del mismo tipo.

Antes de sustituir el radiador de calor infrarrojo, desenchufe
el cable de red de la toma de corriente.

Extracción del radiador de calor infrarrojo viejo
1.
Coloque el aparato ya frío con la placa de vidrio Ceramic sobre
una superficie plana.
2. Desenrosque los cuatro tornillos de la pared trasera del equi-
po con un destornillador de estrella adecuado (véase la ilus-
tración
A
).
3.
Coloque la carcasa. No obstante, deje la parte delantera con la
placa de vidrio cerámico apoyada sobre una superficie elevada,
p. ej., un libro (véase la ilustración
B
).
4.
Agarre el radiador de calor infrarrojo una vez enfriado por el ex-
tremo derecho y presiónelo con cuidado hacia la izquierda
C
.
5. Tire ahora del extremo derecho del radiador de calor infrarrojo
hacia delante para sacarlo del soporte.
Colocación de un radiador de calor infrarrojo
nuevo
AVISO
Coloque el nuevo radiador de calor infrarrojo únicamente con ayu-
da de un paño. No toque el radiador de calor infrarrojo con los de-
dos desnudos, ya que la capa de grasa de la piel puede dañarlo.
1.
Coloque el nuevo radiador de calor infrarrojo en el soporte con
ayuda de un paño. El radiador de calor infrarrojo se coloca en
el orden inverso al de la extracción.
2. Vuelva a encender el aparato. El aparato se cierra en el orden
inverso al de su apertura.

3. ¡Asegúrese de que no quede ningún objeto en la carcasa y de
que no quede pillado ningún cable!
Si tiene problemas para cambiar el radiador de calor infrarrojo,
póngase en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente.
Conservación
1. Desenchufe el aparato y espere a que se enfríe por completo
antes de moverlo.
2. Si no va a utilizar las gafas durante un periodo de tiempo pro-
longado, le recomendamos que las guarde en su embalaje
original en un ambiente seco y sin soportar cargas.
3. Lo mejor es guardar el radiador de calor en su embalaje origi-
nal en un lugar seco.

3. USO CONFORME
Ambito di applicazione
La lampada a raggi infrarossi è destinata all'irraggiamento del cor-
po umano.
Grazie all'irraggiamento con luce a infrarossi, il calore viene tra-
smesso al corpo del soggetto.
Gruppo target
Questo dispositivo è destinato all'uso personale in ambito dome-
stico e non all'assistenza sanitaria presso strutture professionali.
L'utilizzo è adatto a tutti gli adulti che non abbiano problemi sen-
soriali e siano pienamente coscienti.
Vantaggi clinici
Con la lampada a raggi infrarossi l'utente può riscaldare deter-
minate zone della pelle tramite la luce a raggi infrarossi. La pelle
irradiata viene irrorata di più e il metabolismo aumenta. La luce a
infrarossi stimola il corpo alla guarigione. In questo modo i proces-
si di guarigione vengono supportati in modo mirato.
Indicazioni
L'utente può utilizzare il dispositivo come terapia di accompagna-
mento nel trattamento delle seguenti patologie:
•
Malattie otorinolaringoiatriche, ad es. rinite acuta
•
Acne
•
Contratture muscolari, ad es.
- Patologie periartropatiche dei tessuti molli (mialgia, mio-
gelosi, miotendinopatie, fibrosite)
- Artralgie in caso di artrosi
- Dolori articolari reumatici (non in caso di attacchi infiam-
matori)
Controindicazioni
AVVERTENZA
•
Il dispositivo non deve essere utilizzato da persone con ridot-
te capacità fisiche, percettive o intellettive o non in possesso
della necessaria esperienza e/o conoscenza, se non sotto la
supervisione di una persona responsabile per la loro sicurez-
za o che fornisca loro le indicazioni per l'uso del dispositivo,
per evitare il rischio di incendi o di ustioni.
•
Questo dispositivo NON deve essere utilizzato su soggetti
insensibili al calore.
La sensibilità al calore può essere limitata o aumentata nei
seguenti casi:
- in pazienti diabetici,
- in soggetti paraplegici,
- in soggetti con sonnolenza, demenza o con disturbi di
concentrazione,
- in soggetti con alterazioni cutanee dovute a malattie,
- in soggetti con aree di pelle cicatrizzata nella zona di ap-
plicazione,
- nei bambini e negli anziani,
- dopo aver assunto medicinali o alcool.
•
NON utilizzare il dispositivo nei seguenti casi:
- in caso di artrite reumatoide acuta,
- in caso di artrite infettiva,
- in caso di problemi di vascolarizzazione,
- in caso di insucienza cardiaca scompensata o aritmia
cardiaca grave,
- in caso di infarto miocardico acuto o recente,
- in caso di diabete mellito deragliato, ipertiroidismo, insuf-
ficienza della corteccia surrenale,
- in caso di infezioni,
- su ferite aperte,
- in caso di forti gonfiori,
- in caso di radioterapia (incl. tre mesi dopo il trattamento),
- in caso di disturbi della sensibilità nell'area da trattare.
•
Non utilizzare il dispositivo se si è portatori di un impianto,
in particolare se questo si trova in prossimità della parte del
corpo da trattare. In caso di dubbi, consultare il medico.
•
Le donne in gravidanza non devono azionare il dispositivo in
prossimità del basso ventre, per evitare un surriscaldamento
di questa zona. In caso di dubbi, consultare il medico.
•
Questo dispositivo non è destinato all'uso da parte di bambi-
ni. Sorvegliare i bambini per assicurarsi che non giochino con
il dispositivo, per evitare il rischio di incendi e ustioni.
Eetti collaterali indesiderati
•
In determinate condizioni, farmaci, cosmetici o alimenti pos-
sono causare una reazione di ipersensibilità o allergia cuta-
nea. In questo caso l'irraggiamento deve essere interrotto
immediatamente.
•
Durante il trattamento, mantenere una distanza adeguata tra
la lampada a raggi infrarossi e l'area da trattare per evitare
irritazioni cutanee come formicolio, prurito, bruciore o un'ec-
cessiva sensibilità al calore. In tal caso, interrompere il tratta-
mento. In alternativa, aumentare la distanza di irraggiamento
e/o ridurne la durata.
•
L'uso prolungato può causare ustioni cutanee.
Uso conforme degli occhiali di protezione
Gli occhiali di protezione sono pensati esclusivamente per proteg-
gere gli occhi dai raggi infrarossi durante l'utilizzo di una lampada
a raggi infrarossi. Gli occhiali di protezione proteggono esclusiva-
mente dai raggi infrarossi e NON da raggi di altro tipo. Utilizzare gli
occhiali di protezione esclusivamente con lampade a raggi infra-
rossi Beurer. Non utilizzare gli occhiali di protezione con lampade
a raggi infrarossi di altri produttori.
Indossare sempre gli occhiali di protezione direttamente sugli oc-
chi e non su altri occhiali. Gli occhiali di protezione sono destinati
solo a uso domestico/privato e non commerciale.
Gli occhiali di protezione non sono adatti per proteggere gli occhi
da rischi meccanici (ad es. urti).
Sono esenti da sostanze tossiche come previsto dalle norme di
legge.

4. AVVERTENZE E INDICAZIONI DI
SICUREZZA
Sicurezza elettrica
Il dispositivo è protetto contro il surriscaldamento grazie a un ter-
mofusibile automatico.
AVVERTENZA

Qualsiasi uso non conforme comporta un pericolo!
•
Verificare che la tensione indicata sul dispositivo corrisponda
alla tensione di rete locale prima di collegarlo per evitare il
rischio di scosse elettriche o danni permanenti al dispositivo
stesso.
•
Utilizzare una presa di corrente facilmente raggiungibile, in
modo da poter rimuovere la spina velocemente quando ne-
cessario.
•
Non aerrare la spina con le mani umide per evitare il rischio
di scosse elettriche.
•
Sistemare il cavo di alimentazione in modo tale che nessuno
possa inciamparvi.
•
Estrarre sempre la spina quando il dispositivo non è in uso,
prima di pulire il dispositivo o in caso di guasti e fuoriuscita di
fumo e odori. Non tirare il cavo per estrarre la spina.
•
Prestare attenzione quando si maneggia il cavo di alimenta-
zione (pericolo di strangolamento e soocamento).
•
Prima dell'uso assicurarsi che il dispositivo e i componenti
forniti in dotazione non presentino nessun danno palese. In
caso di dubbio, non utilizzare il dispositivo e consultare il pro-
prio rivenditore o contattare il Servizio clienti indicato. Questo
vale soprattutto in caso di gra o crepe sulla lastra oppure
crepe sul corpo.

In caso di danni al cavo di alimentazione o al corpo del di-
spositivo, rivolgersi al Servizio clienti oppure al rivenditore, in
quanto sussiste il pericolo di scossa elettrica.
•
Il distacco dalla rete di alimentazione è garantito solo quando
la spina viene estratta dalla presa.
•
Se il cavo di alimentazione del dispositivo è danneggiato, è
necessario smaltirlo. Nel caso non sia rimovibile, è necessa-
rio smaltire il dispositivo.
•
Non avvolgere mai il cavo di alimentazione intorno alla lam-
pada a raggi infrarossi.
Norme per la sicurezza
AVVERTENZA

Pericolo di ustione! La lastra e il corpo del dispositivo si ri-
scaldano molto durante l'uso. In caso di contatto sussiste
pericolo di ustione!
•
Quando si utilizzano i pulsanti (On/O e Timer) non toccare la
lastra calda. Sussiste il pericolo di ustione.
•
Prima di toccare il dispositivo lasciarlo sempre rareddare.
•
Estrarre sempre la spina e lasciare rareddare il dispositivo
prima di riporlo nella confezione.
•
Quando è collegato alla presa elettrica, non aerrare il dispo-
sitivo con le mani umide.
•
Acqua ed elettricità sono una combinazione pericolosa! Per
evitare il rischio di scosse elettriche:
- Non utilizzare il dispositivo in ambienti umidi (ad es. in
bagno o vicino a una doccia o a una piscina).
- Non lasciar penetrare acqua nel dispositivo.
- Non spruzzare acqua sul dispositivo.
- Utilizzare il dispositivo solo quando è completamente
asciutto.

causare irritazione agli occhi. Non guardare direttamente la
sorgente luminosa e utilizzare gli occhiali di protezione in do-
tazione.

Tenere lontani i bambini dal materiale d'imballaggio (pericolo
di soocamento).
•
Durante l'uso, utilizzare sempre gli occhiali di protezione for-
niti in dotazione.
•
Non utilizzare per neonati e bambini piccoli.
•
Questo dispositivo non è concepito per essere utilizzato su
mobili fasciatoio, lettini o simili.
•
Non utilizzare mai il dispositivo vicino all'acqua.
•
Se il dispositivo è caduto, è stato sottoposto a umidità estre-
mamente elevata o ha riportato altri danni, non deve più es-
sere utilizzato.
•
Il dispositivo non deve essere immerso in acqua o altri liquidi
ed è necessario evitare la penetrazione di liquidi nel dispo-
sitivo.
•
Non lasciare il dispositivo incustodito mentre è in funzione
per evitare il rischio di incendi e ustioni.
•
In caso di difetti o malfunzionamenti spegnere immediata-
mente il dispositivo.
•
Dopo l'uso e in caso di interruzione di corrente, estrarre sem-
pre la spina dalla presa per evitare danni al dispositivo.

Se la presa a cui è collegato il dispositivo è collegata male, la
spina del dispositivo si surriscalda. Assicurarsi di collegare il
dispositivo a una presa installata correttamente per evitare il
rischio di incendi e ustioni.
Indicazioni importanti
AVVERTENZA

La distanza dalla lampada a raggi infrarossi dipende fonda-
mentalmente dalla sensibilità individuale al calore e dal trat-
tamento che si desidera eettuare. Quanto più grande è la
distanza tra l'utente e il dispositivo, tanto più la zona trattata
è ampia e il calore della luce infrarossa è ridotto. A distanze
inferiori anche la zona trattata si riduce e il calore della luce

Per evitare il contatto accidentale con il filtro caldo, accertar-
si che la distanza tra il dispositivo e l'utente sia suciente.
Scegliere la distanza dal dispositivo in modo che il calore

In determinate condizioni, farmaci, cosmetici o alimenti pos-
sono causare una reazione di ipersensibilità o allergia cuta-

Assicurarsi che gli occhiali di protezione non vengano a con-
tatto con grassi, oli o alcol (ad es. un detergente o un tonico
per il viso).

Riparazione
AVVERTENZA
•
Pericolo di scossa elettrica! Aprire il dispositivo solo per so-
stituire la sorgente luminosa a raggi infrarossi. Prima di sosti-
tuire la sorgente luminosa a raggi infrarossi, scollegare il cavo
di alimentazione dalla presa! Non riparare mai il dispositivo
per non comprometterne il funzionamento corretto. In caso
contrario la garanzia decade.

Per le riparazioni rivolgersi al Servizio clienti o a un rivenditore
autorizzato.

6. MESSA IN FUNZIONE
6.1 Prima della messa in funzione
AVVISO

Prima di utilizzare il dispositivo, rimuovere ogni materiale di
imballaggio.

Verificare la presenza di eventuali segni di usura o danni sul
dispositivo. Se danneggiato e in caso di dubbi non utilizzare
il dispositivo e consultare il proprio rivenditore o contattare il
Servizio clienti indicato.
•
Il produttore non risponde di danni causati da un uso impro-
prio o non conforme.
•
Proteggere il dispositivo da polvere, sporcizia, luce solare e
umidità.
6.2 Disimballaggio e collocazione

AVVISO
Evitare gli urti durante l'utilizzo e nella fase di rareddamento in
quanto la sorgente luminosa a raggi infrarossi potrebbe essere
danneggiata.
1. Posizionare il dispositivo su una superficie stabile e piana.

Inserire la spina nella presa. Si accende brevemente l'intero
display, quindi viene visualizzato "--". La lampada a raggi in-
frarossi è ora pronta per l'uso.
6.3 Preparazione del trattamento
1. Posizionarsi di fronte al dispositivo in modo da potersi gode-
re il trattamento della zona interessata con il massimo relax.
2. Regolare in modo ottimale il dispositivo inclinando la lampada
a raggi infrarossi rispetto alla parte del corpo da trattare. La
distanza dalla lampada a raggi infrarossi dipende fondamen-
talmente dalla sensibilità individuale al calore e dal trattamento
che si desidera eettuare.
3. Scegliere la distanza dal dispositivo in modo che il calore sia
sempre piacevole sulla pelle. Se il calore viene percepito come
eccessivo sulla pelle, aumentare la distanza dal dispositivo.
4.
Durante l'uso, utilizzare sempre gli occhiali di protezione for-
niti in dotazione. Gli occhiali di protezione sono conformi ai
min. 1m

requisiti della norma EN ISO 16321-1:2022 e servono a pro-
teggere gli occhi.
AVVERTENZA
Non guardare mai direttamente la luce a infrarossi senza occhiali
di protezione.
Non utilizzare il dispositivo continuamente per più di 15 minuti. Pe-
ricolo di surriscaldamento! Lasciar rareddare il dispositivo prima
di utilizzarlo di nuovo.
6.4 Durata del trattamento
AVVERTENZA
Pericolo di ustioni: rimuovere componenti metallici, come fibbie di
cinture, collane, reggiseni, gioielli o piercing dalla zona da trattare
prima di accendere il dispositivo, in quanto potrebbero riscaldarsi
molto.
In una fase iniziale si consiglia di optare per una durata minore
dell'irraggiamento. Ciononostante, anche a fronte di un utilizzo
corretto del dispositivo, la pelle delle persone può avere reazio-
ni di ipersensibilità all'irraggiamento di calore (ad es. forte arros-
samento, formazione di bolle, prurito, forte sudorazione) o avere
reazioni allergiche.
Se dopo 6/8 applicazioni i disturbi non sono stati alleviati, inter-
rompere l'utilizzo del dispositivo e consultare il proprio medico.
7. UTILIZZO
7.1 Inizio del trattamento
AVVERTENZA
Durante il trattamento utilizzare sempre gli
occhiali di protezione in dotazione. Control-
lare regolarmente la parte del corpo irradia-
ta e la reazione della pelle. Nel caso in cui si
dovessero notare segni di ipersensibilità, o
in caso di reazione allergica, interrompere
immediatamente l'irraggiamento e consul-
tare un medico.
Pericolo di ustione! Non toccare mai la lastra calda

durante il trattamento.

Indossare gli occhiali di protezione sugli occhi e far passare
la fascia elastica sopra la testa. La fascia elastica può essere
regolata individualmente.

Non spegnere il dispositivo durante questo intervallo di

Al termine della fase di rareddamento, la ventola si spegne.
Estrarre la spina dalla presa di corrente.
•
Se caldo, il dispositivo non deve essere coperto o riposto
nella confezione!
8. PULIZIA E CURA
8.1 Pulizia
AVVERTENZA
Prima della pulizia il dispositivo deve essere spento, staccato dalla
corrente e lasciato rareddare completamente.

Accertarsi che non penetri acqua all'interno del dispositivo!
•
Non lavare il dispositivo in lavastoviglie!
Pulire il dispositivo con un panno inumidito. Non utilizzare deter-
genti contenenti solventi. il dispositivo deve essere pulito dopo
ogni utilizzo.
Pulire regolarmente gli occhiali di protezione. Per farlo, utilizzare
un panno morbido e leggermente inumidito. Non utilizzare deter-
genti aggressivi o corrosivi.
8.2 Sostituzione della sorgente luminosa a
raggi infrarossi
Tenere presente che, per sostituire una sorgente luminosa a raggi
infrarossi difettosa, è possibile utilizzarne solo una dello stesso
tipo.
AVVERTENZA
Pericolo di scossa elettrica!

Prima di sostituire la sorgente luminosa a raggi infrarossi,
scollegare il cavo di alimentazione dalla presa!
•
Pericolo di ustione sulle superfici calde!
•
Prima di iniziare, lasciare rareddare completamente il dispo-
sitivo!

Le lampade a raggi infrarossi sono escluse dalla garanzia.
Estrazione della vecchia sorgente luminosa a
raggi infrarossi
1. Posizionare il dispositivo rareddato con la lastra di vetro ce-
ramica su una superficie piana.
2. Con un cacciavite a stella adatto svitare le quattro viti sul pan-
nello posteriore del dispositivo (vedere figura
A
).
3.
Sollevare il corpo. Lasciare però la parte anteriore con la lastra
di vetro ceramica appoggiata su una base rialzata, ad es. un
libro (vedere figura
B
).
4.
Aerrare la sorgente luminosa a raggi infrarossi rareddata
dall'estremità destra e spingerla delicatamente verso sinistra

.
5. A questo punto tirare in avanti l'estremità destra della sorgen-
te luminosa a raggi infrarossi per estrarla dall'alloggiamento.
Inserimento di una nuova sorgente luminosa a
raggi infrarossi
AVVISO
Inserire la nuova sorgente luminosa a raggi infrarossi solo utiliz-
zando un panno. Non toccare la sorgente luminosa a raggi infra-
rossi a mani nude, in quanto lo strato di grasso sulla pelle può
danneggiarla.

1. Inserire la nuova sorgente luminosa a raggi infrarossi con l'a-
iuto di un panno nell'apposito alloggiamento. L'inserimento
della nuova sorgente luminosa a raggi infrarossi avviene nella
sequenza inversa rispetto allo smontaggio.
2.
Richiudere il dispositivo. La chiusura del dispositivo avviene
nella sequenza inversa rispetto all'apertura.
3. Prestare attenzione anché non rimangano oggetti nel corpo
e non rimanga incastrato nessun cavo!
In caso di problemi con la sostituzione della sorgente luminosa a
raggi infrarossi, rivolgersi al Servizio clienti.
Conservazione
1. Estrarre la spina e lasciare rareddare il dispositivo completa-
mente prima di spostarlo.
2. Se gli occhiali di protezione non vengono usati per lunghi pe-
riodi, si consiglia di conservarli nella confezione originale in un
ambiente asciutto e senza sovrapporvi carichi.
3.
Conservare il radiatore termico possibilmente nella confezione
originale in un luogo asciutto.

Kullanım alanı
Kızılötesi lamba, insan vücuduna ışın uygulamak için tasarlanmıştır.
Kızılötesi ışığın yayılımı ile insana ısı aktarımı gerçekleştirilir.
Hedef grup
Bu cihaz profesyonel sağlık tesislerinde kullanılmak üzere değil,
kullanıcının kendisi tarafından ev ortamında kullanılmak üzere ta-
sarlanmıştır. Uygulama duyusal engeli olmayan ve bilinci tam ola-
rak yerinde olan tüm yetişkin kişiler için uygundur.
Klinik fayda
Kullanıcı, kızılötesi lambayı kullanarak cildindeki belirli bölgeleri
kızılötesi ışık ile ısıtabilir. Bu sayede cilt üzerindeki kan dolaşımı
güçlenir ve ısının uygulandığı bölgede metabolizma hızlanır. Vücut,
kızılötesi ışığın etkisiyle uyarılarak iyileşme sürecine girer. Bu saye-
de iyileşme süreçleri somut bir şekilde desteklenir.
Endikasyonlar
Kullanıcı, aşağıdaki hastalıkların tedavisi için cihazı tamamlayıcı
terapi uygulamak amacıyla kullanabilir:

Kulak burun boğaz hastalıkları, örn. akut rinit
•
Akne
•
Kas tutulmaları, örn.
- Periartropatik yumuşak doku hastalıkları (miyalji, miyoge-
loz, miyoendopatiler, fibrosit)
- Kireçlenmeye bağlı eklem ağrıları
- Romatizmal eklem şikayetleri (enflamatuar ataklar hariç)
Kontrendikasyonlar
UYARI
•
Yangın veya yanık tehlikesini ortadan kaldırmak amacıyla, bu
cihaz; kısıtlı fiziksel, algısal ve akli becerilere sahip olan ya
da yeterli tecrübe ve/veya bilgisi olmayan kişiler tarafından,
güvenliklerinden sorumlu olabilecek yetkinlikte bir kişinin gö-
zetimi altında olmadan veya bu kişilerden cihazın nasıl kullanı-
lacağına ilişkin direktifler almadan kullanılmamalıdır.
•
Bu cihaz ısıya karşı duyarlı olmayan kişilerde KULLANILMA-
MALIDIR.
Aşağıdaki durumlarda ısıya karşı duyarlılık kısıtlanmış veya
daha yüksek olabilir:
- Diyabet hastalarında,
- Paraplejili kişilerde,
- Uyuşukluk hâli, bunaması veya konsantrasyon güçlüğü
olan kişilerde,
- Hastalığa bağlı cilt değişiklikleri olan kişilerde,
- Uygulama yapılacak cilt bölgesinde yara izi olan kişilerde,
- Çocuklarda ve yaşlılarda
- İlaç veya alkol kullanımı sonrasında.
•
Bu cihaz aşağıdaki durumlarda KULLANILMAMALIDIR:
- Akut romatoid artrit durumunda,
- Enfeksiyöz artrit durumunda,
- Kan dolaşımı bozukluklarında,
- Dekompanse kalp yetmezliği veya şiddetli kardiyak aritmi
durumunda,
- Akut veya yeni miyokard enfarktüs durumunda,
- Kontrol altına alınmamış diyabet, hipertiroidizm, adrenal
korteks yetmezliği durumunda,
- Enfeksiyon durumunda,
- Açık yaralar üzerinde,
- Şiddetli şişliklerde,
- Radyoterapi sırasında (tedaviden sonraki üç ay dahil),
- Tedavi bölgesinde duyusal bozukluklar olması durumun-
da.
•
İmplantınız varsa ve bu implant özellikle de vücudun uygu-
lama yapılacak bölümünde bulunuyorsa cihazı kullanmayın.
Emin olamıyorsanız doktorunuza danışın.
•
Hamileyseniz, karın bölgenizin aşırı ısınmasını önlemek için
cihazı bu bölgeye yakın bir konumda kullanmayın. Emin ola-
mıyorsanız doktorunuza danışın.
•
Bu cihaz çocuklar tarafından kullanım için uygun değildir.
Yangın ve yanık tehlikesini önlemek için çocuklar gözetim al-
tında tutulmalı ve cihazla oynamaları önlenmelidir.
İstenmeyen yan etkiler
•
İlaçlar, kozmetik ürünler veya gıda ürünleri, belirli koşullar al-
tında ciltte aşırı hassasiyete veya alerjik bir reaksiyona neden
olabilir. Bu durumda ışın uygulaması derhal sona erdirilmelidir.
•
Uygulama sırasında ciltte karıncalanma, kaşıntı ve yanma gibi
tahrişlerin veya aşırı ısı hassasiyetinin oluşmasını önlemek
için, kızılötesi lamba ile istenen uygulama bölgesi arasında uy-
gun bir mesafe bırakılmalıdır. Böyle bir durumda uygulamayı
sonlandırın. Alternatif olarak uygulama mesafesini arttırabilir
ve/veya uygulama süresini kısaltabilirsiniz.
•
Uzun süreli kullanım ciltte yanıklara neden olabilir.
Koruyucu gözlüğün amaca uygun kullanımı
Koruyucu gözlük yalnızca, kızılötesi lambayı kullanırken gözlerini-
zi kızılötesi ışınlardan korumak amacıyla tasarlanmıştır. Koruyucu
gözlük yalnızca kızılötesi ışınlara karşı koruma sağlar. Koruyucu
gözlük diğer ışınlara karşı koruma SAĞLAMAZ. Koruyucu gözlü-
ğü yalnızca beurer kızılötesi lambalarla birlikte kullanın. Koruyucu
gözlüğü diğer üreticilere ait kızılötesi lambalarla birlikte kullanma-
yın.
Koruyucu gözlüğü başka bir gözlüğün üzerine değil, her zaman
doğrudan gözlerinize takın. Koruyucu gözlük yalnızca evde/kişi-
sel amaçlarla kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmıştır ve ticari kullanıma
uygun değildir.
Koruyucu gözlük, mekanik kaynaklı tehlikelere (örneğin darbelere)
karşı bir göz koruyucusu olarak kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmamış-
tır.
Yasal yönetmelikler uyarınca bu gözlük zararlı madde içermez.

YÖNERGELERİ
Elektrik güvenliği
Cihaz otomatik olarak devreye giren bir termal sigorta ile koruma-
ya alınmıştır.
UYARI
•
Usulüne uygun olmayan her türlü kullanım tehlikeli olabilir!
•
Elektrik çarpması tehlikesini veya cihazda kalıcı hasar oluş-
ması riskini önlemek için, cihazı prize takmadan önce cihaz
üzerinde belirtilen gerilimin yerel şebeke gerilimi ile uyumlu
olup olmadığını kontrol edin.
•
Gerektiğinde cihazın fişini hızlıca çekebilmeniz için, elektrik

Cihazı kullanmadan önce, cihazda ve cihazla birlikte teslim

Şüpheli durumlarda kullanmayın ve satıcınıza veya belirtilen
müşteri hizmetleri adresine başvurun. Bu durum özellikle
camda çizik ve çatlak olması veya gövdede çatlak oluşması
hâlinde geçerlidir.
•
Elektrik kablosu ve gövde hasar gördüğünde mutlaka müşteri
hizmetlerine veya yetkili satıcınıza başvurun, durumun ciddiye
alınmaması elektrik çarpması tehlikesine neden olur.
•
Cihaz ancak fişi prizden çekildiğinde elektrik şebekesinden
ayrılmış olur.
•
Bu cihazın elektrik kablosu hasar gördüğünde kablo bertaraf
edilmelidir. Kablo çıkarılamıyorsa cihaz bertaraf edilmelidir.

Sağlığınız için güvenlik uyarıları

Yanma tehlikesi! Çalışma sırasında cihazın gövdesi ve filtre
camı çok ısınır. Temas hâlinde yanma tehlikesi söz konusudur!
•
Tuşları (açma/kapatma ve zamanlayıcı) kullanırken sıcak
cama temas etmeyin. Yanma tehlikesi söz konusudur.
•
Cihaza temas etmeden önce her zaman cihazın soğumasını

Önemli bilgiler
UYARI

Kızılötesi lamba ile kullanıcı arasında bırakılması gereken me-
safe, prensip olarak kişinin ısıya karşı olan hassasiyetine ve
ilgili uygulama koşullarına göre belirlenir. Cihaz ile aranızda-
ki mesafe ne kadar fazla olursa, uygulama alanı da o kadar
büyük olur ve buna bağlı olarak kızılötesi ışığın ısısı da aynı
oranda düşer. Mesafe daha kısa olduğunda uygulama bölgesi
de küçülür ve buna bağlı olarak kızılötesi ışığın ısısı da daha
yoğun hâle gelir.
•
Uygulama süresini sınırlayın ve cildinizin gösterdiği reaksiyon-
ları kontrol edin.
•
Kızılötesi lambayı mutlaka, uygulama sırasında ışınların gel-
mesini istediğiniz bölgede karıncalanma, kaşıntı ve yanma
gibi tahriş durumları oluşmayacak veya aşırı sıcaklık hisset-
meyeceğiniz bir mesafede kullanın. Bunları hissederseniz uy-
gulamayı sonlandırın. Alternatif olarak ışın uygulama mesafe-
sini arttırabilir ve/veya ışın uygulama süresini kısaltabilirsiniz.
•
Bu cihaz, yukarıdan gerçekleştirilecek ışın uygulaması için
uygun değildir.
•
Sıcak filtre ile yanlışlıkla temastan kaçınmak için, cihaz ile
aranızda yeterli bir mesafenin mevcut olduğundan emin olun.
Cihazla aranızda, ısının sizi rahatsız hissettirmeyeceği kadar
bir mesafe bırakın.
•
İlaçlar, kozmetik ürünler veya gıda ürünleri, bazı durumlarda
ciltte aşırı hassasiyete ya da alerjik bir reaksiyona neden ola-
bilir. Bu durumda ışın uygulaması derhal sonlandırılmalıdır.

Cihazın sürekli olarak kullanılması özel dikkat ve özen gerek-
tirir.

Cihazı yorgunken ve ışın uygulaması sırasında uyuyakalma
ihtimaliniz olan durumlarda kesinlikle kullanmayın!
•
Çok uzun süreli uygulamalar cilt yanıklarına neden olabilir.
•
Çocuklar, elektronik cihazlarla ilgili olarak ortaya çıkabilecek
tehlikeleri fark edemez. Cihazın çocuklar tarafından gözetim-
siz şekilde kullanılamayacağından emin olun.
•
Cihazı tüylerin veya tozların uçuştuğu ortamlarda kullanmayın.

Koruyucu gözlüğün katı veya sıvı yağlarla ya da alkolle te-
mas etmemesine dikkat edin (örn. temizlik maddeleri veya

Onarım

da kesinlikle onarım yapmayın, aksi hâlde cihazın kusursuz
şekilde çalışması garanti edilemez. Bu husus dikkate alınmaz-
sa garanti geçerliliğini yitirir.

ekranda “--” gösterilir. Kızılötesi lamba artık kullanıma hazırdır.
6.3 Uygulamaya hazırlık
1.
Rahat hissedeceğiniz ve ilgili vücut bölgesinde cihazla ya-
pılacak uygulamadan keyif alabileceğiniz bir şekilde cihazın
önünde durun.
2.
Kızılötesi lambayı eğerek, cihazın uygulama yapılacak vücut
bölgesi için en uygun pozisyonda durmasını sağlayın. Kızılötesi
lamba ile kullanıcı arasında bırakılması gereken mesafe, prensip
olarak kişinin ısıya karşı olan hassasiyetine ve ilgili uygulama
koşullarına göre belirlenir.
3. Cihazla aranızda, ısının sizi hiçbir zaman rahatsız hissettirme-
yeceği kadar bir mesafe bırakın. Cildinize çok fazla ısı geldiğini
hissederseniz, cihaza olan mesafenizi arttırın.
4.
Uygulama sırasında her zaman cihazla birlikte verilen koruyucu
gözlüğü takın. Koruyucu gözlük EN ISO 16321-1:2022 gerekli-
liklerine uygundur ve gözleri korumak için kullanılır.
UYARI
Kızılötesi ışığa asla koruyucu gözlük takmadan doğrudan gözle
bakmayın.
Cihazı kesintisiz şekilde 15 dakikadan daha uzun süre kullanma-
yın, aşırı ısınma tehlikesi! Cihazı tekrar kullanmadan önce soğu-
masını bekleyin.
6.4 Uygulama süresi
UYARI
Yanma tehlikesi: Aşırı ısınmaları söz konusu olabileceği için ke-
mer tokaları, kolyeler, sütyenler, takılar veya piercingler gibi metal
parçalar içeren eşyaları cihazı açmadan önce uygulama yapılacak
bölgeden çıkartın.

Başlangıç olarak kısa bir ışın uygulama süresi seçmenizi tavsiye
ederiz. Cihaz ile doğru uygulama yapılsa bile, bazı insanların cilt-
leri ısıya maruz kaldığında hassasiyet gösterebilir (örneğin yoğun
kızarıklık, kabartı oluşumu, kaşıntı veya ciddi terleme) veya alerjik
reaksiyon verebilir.
6 ila 8 uygulamadan sonra şikayetlerinizde azalma olmazsa, cihazı
kullanmaya devam etmeyin ve doktorunuza danışın.
7. KULLANIM
7.1 Uygulamayı başlatma
UYARI
Uygulama sırasında her zaman cihazla bir-
likte verilen koruyucu gözlüğü takın. Işın
verilen vücut bölümünü ve cildin reaksiyon-
larını düzenli olarak kontrol edin. Aşırı has-
sasiyet veya alerjik reaksiyon belirtileri var-
sa, ışın uygulamasını derhal sonlandırın ve
bir doktora başvurun.

1.
Koruyucu gözlüğü takın ve lastik bandı başınızdan geçirin. Las-
tik bandı istediğiniz gibi ayarlayabilirsiniz.

Cihazı çalıştırmak için Açma/Kapatma düğmesine

Cihaz kısa süre sonra otomatik olarak açılır. Kalan süre göster-
gesinde

3. Zaman seçim tuşu

ile istediğiniz uygulama süresini (1 ila 15

7.2 Uygulamadan sonra

Kullanım süresi sona erdikten sonra, cihazın soğutulması
için fan 5 dakika daha çalışmaya devam eder. Lütfen so-
ğutma işlemi devam ederken cihazı kapatmayın.
•
Soğutma işlemi sona erdiğinde fan kendiliğinden kapanır. Fişi
prizden çekin.
•
Cihaz ısınmış durumdayken üzeri örtülmemeli/kapatılmamalı
veya ambalajında tutulmamalıdır!
8. TEMİZLİK VE BAKIM
8.1 Temizlik
UYARI
Temizliğe başlanabilmesi için cihazın kapatılmış, elektrik bağlantısı
kesilmiş ve tamamen soğutulmuş olması gerekir.

Cihazın içine su girmemesine dikkat edin!
•
Cihazı bulaşık makinesinde yıkamayın!
Cihaz hafif nemli bir bezle silinebilir. Çözücü içeren temizlik mad-
deleri kullanmayın. Cihaz her kullanımdan sonra temizlenmelidir.
Koruyucu gözlüğü ara sıra temizleyin. Temizlemek için hafif nemli
ve yumuşak bir bez kullanın. Agresif ve aşındırıcı temizlik madde-
leri kullanmayın.
8.2 Kızılötesi ışın kaynağının değiştirilmesi
Arızalı bir kızılötesi ışın kaynağının yerine mutlaka aynı tipte bir kı-
zılötesi ışın kaynağının kullanılması gerektiğini lütfen dikkate alın.

Eski kızılötesi ışın kaynağını çıkarma
1.
Soğumuş durumdaki cihazı, seramik camı üzerindeyken düz
bir zemin üzerine yerleştirin.

Cihazın arka panelinde bulunan dört vidayı uygun bir yıldız tor-
navida ile sökün (bkz. Şekil

).
3. Gövdeyi açın. Ancak seramik camın olduğu ön kısmı, örneğin
altına bir kitap koyarak daha yüksek bir zemin üzerine yerleş-
tirin (bkz. Şekil

).

Soğumuş durumdaki kızılötesi ışın kaynağını sağ kenarından
tutun ve dikkatlice sola

Yeni kızılötesi ışın kaynağını sadece bir bez yardımıyla takın. Cilt-
teki yağ tabakası kızılötesi ışın kaynağına zarar verebileceğinden,

3. ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ ПОНАЗНАЧЕНИЮ
Целевое назначение
Инфракрасная лампа предназначена для воздействия наор-
ганизм человека.
Инфракрасное излучение является проводником тепла.
Целевая группа
Данный прибор предназначен для личного пользования вдо-
машних условиях, его использование в профессиональных
медицинских учреждениях не допускается. Данный прибор
подходит для использования совершеннолетними людьми,
которые не имеют нарушения сенсорных функций инаходят-
ся вясном сознании..
Клиническая польза
Инфракрасная лампа позволяет пользователю прогревать
определенные участки кожи с помощью инфракрасного из-
лучения. Благодаря воздействию инфракрасного излучения
на кожу улучшается кровообращение и активизируется об-
мен веществ. Воздействие инфракрасного света наорганизм
способствует скорейшему излечению заболеваний. При этом
целенаправленно стимулируются процессы заживления.
Показания кприменению
Пользователь может применять прибор вкачестве дополни-
тельной терапии при лечении следующих заболеваний:
•
ЛОР-заболеваний, например острого ринита;
•
акне;
•
мышечных напряжений, например:
- периартропатических заболеваний мягких тканей
(миалгии, миогелеза, миотендопатии, фиброзита);
- артралгии при артрозах;
- ревматических болей в суставах (не в стадии обо-
стрения воспаления).
Противопоказания
ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ
•
Данный прибор непредназначен для использования ли-
цами с ограниченными физическими, сенсорными или
умственными возможностями, снедостаточными знани-
ями и(или) опытом, заисключением случаев, когда ответ-
ственное заихбезопасность лицо осуществляет заними
надлежащий надзор или они получили отэтого лица ин-
струкции поиспользованию прибора, что позволяет пре-
дотвратить опасность возгорания или ожогов.
•
Данный прибор ЗАПРЕЩЕНО использовать лицам
спониженной чувствительностью ктеплу.
Чувствительность ктеплу может быть понижена или
повышена упациентов приследующих заболеваниях или
состояниях:
- сахарный диабет;
- поперечный паралич;
- сонливость, деменция или нарушение концентрации;
- болезненные изменения кожи;
- зарубцевавшиеся участки кожи вобласти, подверга-
ющейся облучению;
- детский ипожилой возраст;
- после приема медикаментов или алкоголя.
•
НЕиспользуйте этот прибор дляпациентов приследую-
щих заболеваниях или состояниях:
- острый ревматоидный артрит;
- инфекционный артрит;
- нарушения кровообращения;
- декомпенсированная сердечная недостаточность или
тяжелая аритмия;
- острый или недавно перенесенный инфаркт миокар-
да;
- сахарный диабет, гипертиреоз, недостаточность коры
надпочечников;
- инфекции;
- открытые раны;
- сильные отеки;
- лучевая терапия (включая период втри месяца после
процедуры);
- нарушения чувствительности в области, подвергаю-
щейся облучению.
•
Непользуйтесь прибором, если уВас установлен им-
плантат, особенно если онрасположен рядом сучастком
тела, который предполагается прогревать. Вслучае
сомнений проконсультируйтесь сврачом.
•
При беременности неиспользуйте прибор вобласти ниж-
ней части живота воизбежание ееперегрева. Вслучае
сомнений проконсультируйтесь сврачом.
•
Данный прибор не предназначен для использования
детьми. Следите за детьми и не позволяйте им играть
сприбором воизбежание пожара иожогов.
Нежелательные побочные эффекты
•
Медикаменты, косметика или продукты питания могут
при определенных обстоятельствах повысить чувстви-
тельность кожи или вызвать аллергическую реакцию.
В этом случае следует немедленно прекратить облуче-
ние.
•
Во время процедуры соблюдайте достаточное рассто-
яние между инфракрасной лампой и обрабатываемой
областью во избежание раздражения кожи, например
покалывания, зуда, жжения, или проявления признаков
повышенной чувствительности к теплу. При указанных
выше симптомах прекратите процедуру. Также можно
увеличить расстояние дооблучаемой поверхности и(или)
уменьшить время облучения.
•
Длительное использование может привести к ожогам
кожи.
Использование защитных очков поназначе-
нию
Защитные очки предназначены исключительно для предот-
вращения воздействия инфракрасного излучения на глаза
во время применения инфракрасной лампы. Данные очки
защищают только отинфракрасного излучения. Они НЕза-
щищают от других видов излучения. Используйте защитные

очки только синфракрасными лампами beurer. Запрещается
использовать защитные очки синфракрасными лампами дру-
гих производителей.
Ненадевайте защитные очки поверх других очков. Защитные
очки предназначены исключительно для домашнего/частного
применения. Ихиспользование вкоммерческих целях запре-
щено.
Защитные очки не предназначены для использования в ка-
честве средства защиты глаз от механических воздействий
(например, отударов).
Они несодержат вредных веществ всоответствии снорма-
тивными требованиями.
4. ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЯ ИУКАЗАНИЯ
ПОТЕХНИКЕ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ

ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ

Любое применение непоназначению может быть опас-
ным!
•
Во избежание поражения электрическим током и не-
обратимого повреждения прибора перед подключением
убедитесь втом, что напряжение, указанное наприборе,
соответствует напряжению электросети.
•
Используйте розетку с удобным доступом, чтобы
в случае необходимости можно было быстро извлечь
штепсельную вилку.
•
Не беритесь за штепсельную вилку мокрыми руками,
в противном случае существует опасность удара элек-
трическим током!
•
Располагайте сетевой кабель таким образом, чтобы
обнего нельзя было споткнуться.
•
Всегда извлекайте вилку изрозетки, когда прибор неис-
пользуется или Вывыполняете его очистку, атакже вслу-
чае неисправностей или при появлении дыма и запаха.
При отключении прибора от розетки тяните за вилку,
анезакабель!

Соблюдайте осторожность при обращении ссетевым ка-
белем (существует опасность запутаться изадохнуться).

Перед использованием убедитесь в том, что прибор

остыть.
•
Всегда извлекайте штекер блока питания из розетки
инеупаковывайте прибор, дотех пор пока оннеостынет.

Вода иэлектричество— опасное сочетание! Воизбежа-
ние риска поражения электрическим током:

•
Неиспользуйте прибор рядом сводой.
•
Если прибор упал, подвергся сильному воздействию вла-
ги или получил иные повреждения, его дальнейшее ис-
пользование запрещено.

Непогружайте прибор вводу или другие жидкости. Они
также недолжны попадать внутрь прибора.
•
Воизбежание пожара иожогов неоставляйте прибор без

Расстояние доинфракрасной лампы зависит отиндиви-
дуальной чувствительности ктеплу иособенностей про-
цедуры. Чем больше расстояние между пользователем
иприбором, тем больше зона воздействия итем меньше
нагрев отинфракрасного излучения. При меньшем рас-
стоянии зона воздействия уменьшается, анагрев отин-
фракрасного излучения усиливается.
•
Ограничивайте продолжительность применения прибора
иследите зареакцией кожи.
•
Используйте инфракрасную лампу только на таком
расстоянии от обрабатываемой области, при котором

не ощущается раздражение кожи, например покалыва-
ние, зуд, жжение, или чрезмерный нагрев. Вслучае этих
явлений прекратите процедуру. Также можно увеличить
расстояние докожи и(или) сократить время облучения.
•
При воздействии прибор недолжен располагаться свер-
ху.
•
Воизбежание случайного контакта сгорячим фильтром
соблюдайте достаточное расстояние доприбора. Выбе-
рите комфортное для Вас расстояние доприбора.
•
Медикаменты, косметика или продукты питания могут
при определенных обстоятельствах повысить чувстви-
тельность кожи или вызвать аллергическую реакцию.
Вэтом случае немедленно прекратите облучение.
•
При продолжительном использовании прибора соблю-
дайте особую осторожность.
•
Не используйте прибор, если Вы устали и существует
опасность того, что Вызаснете вовремя процедуры!
•
Слишком долгое облучение может вызвать ожог кожи.
•
Дети неосознают опасность, связанную сиспользовани-
ем электроприборов. Никогда непозволяйте детям поль-
зоваться прибором без присмотра.
•
Не используйте прибор в запыленных помещениях или

мо утилизировать и заменить.
•
Материалы защитных очков, которые соприкасаются
с кожей пользователя, могут вызывать аллергические
реакции улюдей счувствительной кожей.

Следите за тем, чтобы на защитные очки не попадали
жир, масла или спирт (например, чистящие средства или
туалетная вода).
•
Используйте защитные очки только вспокойной обста-
новке, чтобы вовремя применения Вас ничто неотвле-
кало.

Ремонт
ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ
•
Опасность удара электрическим током! Открывать при-
бор разрешается только для замены инфракрасного
излучателя. Перед заменой инфракрасного излучателя
извлеките сетевой кабель изрозетки! Категорически за-
прещается ремонтировать прибор самостоятельно, по-
скольку надежность его работы вэтом случае негаран-
тируется. Несоблюдение этих требований ведет кпотере
гарантии.
•
Если требуется ремонт, обратитесь всервисную службу
или кофициальному дистрибьютору.

6. ПОДГОТОВКА КРАБОТЕ
6.1 Перед вводом вэксплуатацию
УВЕДОМЛЕНИЕ
•
Перед использованием прибора удалите все упаковоч-
ные материалы.
•
Проверьте прибор наналичие признаков износа или по-
вреждений. При наличии повреждений или каких-либо
сомнений неиспользуйте прибор иобратитесь кпродав-
цу или поуказанному адресу сервисной службы.
•
Производитель ненесет ответственности заущерб, вы-
званный неквалифицированным или ненадлежащим ис-
пользованием.
•
Защищайте прибор от пыли, грязи, солнечных лучей
ивлаги.
6.2 Распаковка иустановка
ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ

Устанавливайте прибор строго вертикально.

Избегайте ударов во время работы и охлаждения, т. к. они
могут привести кповреждению инфракрасного излучателя.

Вставьте вилку врозетку. Накороткое время загорится
весь дисплей, затем отобразится «--». Теперь инфракрас-
ная лампа готова кработе.
6.3 Подготовка кпроцедуре
1.
Расположитесь перед прибором так, чтобы воздействие
насоответствующий участок тела было для Вас комфорт-
ным.
2.
Наклоняя инфракрасную лампу, выберите оптимальное
положение прибора относительно облучаемого участка
тела. Расстояние доинфракрасной лампы зависит отин-
дивидуальной чувствительности ктеплу иособенностей
процедуры.
3.
Расстояние доприбора должно быть таким, чтобы Вывсег-
да ощущали накоже приятное тепло. Если коже слишком
горячо, увеличьте расстояние доприбора.
4.
Вовремя применения всегда используйте прилагаемые
защитные очки. Защитные очки отвечают требованиям
стандарта EN ISO 16321-1:2022 ипредназначены для за-
щиты глаз.
ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ
Категорически запрещается смотреть прямо наинфракрас-
ный свет без защитных очков.
Время использования прибора недолжно превышать 15ми-
нут, впротивном случае возможен перегрев! Перед повтор-
ным использованием дайте прибору остыть.
6.4 Продолжительность процедуры
ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ
Опасность ожогов: перед включением прибора проследите
затем, чтобы воблучаемой зоне небыло объектов изметалла
или сметаллическими деталями, таких как пряжка ремня, це-
почки, бюстгальтер, украшения или пирсинг, так как они могут
сильно нагреваться.
Для начала рекомендуется проводить короткий сеанс облу-
чения. Унекоторых людей даже при правильном применении
прибора может возникнуть гиперчувствительность или аллер-
гическая реакция натепловое излучение (например, сильное
покраснение, образование пузырей, зуд, чрезмерное потоот-
деление).
Если после 6–8применений небудет наблюдаться улучшений,
прекратите использование прибора и проконсультируйтесь
сврачом.
7. ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ
7.1 Начало процедуры
ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ
Во время процедуры всегда надевайте
прилагаемые защитные очки. Регулярно
проверяйте облучаемый участок тела
иследите зареакцией кожи. При появ-
лении признаков повышенной чувстви-
тельности или аллергической реакции
немедленно прекратите сеанс облуче-
ния иобратитесь кврачу.

7.2 После процедуры
УВЕДОМЛЕНИЕ

После завершения работы прибора вентилятор ра-
ботает еще 5 минут для охлаждения. Не отключайте
прибор отэлектросети вэто время.
•
Вентилятор выключится, как только закончится охлажде-
ние. Извлеките сетевой штекер изрозетки.
•
Запрещается накрывать или упаковывать прибор в на-
гретом состоянии!
8. ОЧИСТКА ИУХОД
8.1 Очистка
ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ
Перед очисткой убедитесь втом, что прибор выключен, отсо-
единен отэлектросети иполностью остыл.

Следите затем, чтобы внутрь прибора непопала вода!
•
Немойте прибор впосудомоечной машине!
Прибор можно очищать влажной тряпкой. Не используйте
чистящие средства, содержащие растворитель. Очищайте
прибор после каждого применения.
Периодически очищайте защитные очки. Для очистки исполь-
зуйте мягкую влажную тряпку. Неиспользуйте острые пред-
меты или абразивные чистящие средства.
8.2 Замена инфракрасного излучателя
Обратите внимание, что для замены неисправного инфра-
красного излучателя можно использовать только инфракрас-
ный излучатель того жетипа.

Извлечение старого инфракрасного излуча-
теля
1.
Положите охлажденный прибор наровную поверхность
керамическим стеклом вниз.
2.
Спомощью подходящей крестовой отвертки выверните
четыре винта иззадней стенки прибора (см.рис.
A
).
3.
Поставьте корпус вертикально. При этом положите перед-
нюю часть скерамическим стеклом накакой-либо предмет,
например книгу (см.рис.
B
).
4. Возьмите остывший инфракрасный излучатель заправый
конец иосторожно прижмите его влево

5.
Теперь вытяните правый конец инфракрасного излучателя
вперед изпатрона.
Установка нового инфракрасного
излучателя
УВЕДОМЛЕНИЕ
Устанавливайте новый инфракрасный излучатель, лишь обер-
нув его тряпкой. Неприкасайтесь кинфракрасному излуча-
телю голыми руками, так как жировой слой накоже может
его повредить.
1.
Вставьте новый инфракрасный излучатель впатрон, держа
его тряпкой. Вставка инфракрасного излучателя выполня-
ется впоследовательности, обратной демонтажу.
2.
Закройте прибор. Закрытие прибора выполняется впосле-
довательности, обратной открытию.
3.
Неоставляйте вкорпусе посторонние предметы инеза-
жимайте кабели!
При возникновении проблем сзаменой инфракрасного излу-
чателя обратитесь всервисную службу.
Хранение
1.
Извлеките вилку из розетки. Неперемещайте прибор,
дотех пор пока оннеостынет.
2.
Если защитные очки неиспользуются длительное время,
рекомендуется хранить ихвсухом месте воригинальной
упаковке. При этом некладите наочки какие-либо пред-
меты.
3.
Храните теплоизлучатель всухом месте, лучше всего вори-
гинальной упаковке.

11. УТИЛИЗАЦИЯ
В целях защиты окружающей среды по окончании срока
службы следует утилизировать прибор отдельно отбытового
мусора. Утилизация может производиться через со-
ответствующие пункты сбора встране использова-
ния прибора. Соблюдайте местные законодатель-
ные нормы поутилизации отходов. Прибор следует
утилизировать согласно Директиве ЕС об отходах
электрического и электронного оборудования —
WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). При возник-
новении вопросов обращайтесь в местную коммунальную
службу, ответственную заутилизацию отходов. Информацию
о местах приема отслуживших приборов можно получить
вместной администрации, вместной организации поутилиза-
ции мусора или упродавца.

Указания поэлектромагнитной совместимо-
сти
