2. Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these instructions can result in injury or damage.

  • Power Source: This inflator operates ONLY on 12V DC power from a vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. It does not contain a battery and must not be plugged into a standard AC household outlet.
  • Overheating: The unit may become hot during extended use. After continuous operation, allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes before storing or using again.
  • Pressure Limits: Do not exceed the maximum pressure rating of 150 PSI or the recommended pressure for the item you are inflating. Over-inflation can cause tire or object failure.
  • Vehicle Use: Ensure your vehicle's engine is running when using the inflator to prevent draining the vehicle's battery.
  • Environment: Use in a well-ventilated area. Keep away from flammable materials and sources of ignition.
  • Cord Management: Keep the power cord and air hose clear of hot vehicle parts, sharp edges, and moving components.

  • Real-time Value (Right): The current pressure detected in the tire/inflatable.

5.2 Pressure Unit Selection

Press the "Unit" button to cycle through the four available pressure units: PSI, KPA, BAR, and KG/CM².

5.3 Inflation Modes

Press the "Mode" button to cycle through five preset modes:

  1. Car Mode: Default preset for standard car tires.
  2. Motorcycle Mode: Preset for motorcycle tires.
  3. Bicycle Mode: Preset for bicycle tires.
  4. Ball Mode: Preset for sports balls.

6. Operation Guide

6.1 Before First Use

  1. Unpack all components and ensure nothing is damaged.
  2. Familiarize yourself with the controls and accessories.
  3. Store smaller accessories in the integrated compartment on the back of the unit.

6.2 Connecting to Power

  1. Ensure your vehicle's engine is running.
  2. Plug the 12V DC power cord firmly into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
  3. The digital display will illuminate, indicating the unit is receiving power.

6.3 Basic Inflation Procedure

  1. Check Recommended Pressure: Locate the recommended PSI for your tire or inflatable object (usually on the sidewall or in the owner's manual).
  2. Set the Target Pressure:
    • Press the "Mode" button to select the appropriate preset (Car, Motorcycle, Bicycle, Ball).
    • For a custom pressure, select the Custom Mode (⚙️) and use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the exact value.
    • Verify the preset value on the left side of the display.
  3. Attach the Hose & Adapter:
    • Screw the desired nozzle or adapter (e.g., quick-connect, ball needle, Presta valve) onto the end of the air hose.
    • Remove the valve cap from the tire or object.
    • Firmly press the nozzle onto the valve stem until you hear a slight hiss, indicating a seal. Lock it in place if using a lever-type connector.
  4. Start Inflation:
    • Press the power ("I/O") button. The pump will start, and the real-time pressure on the right side of the display will begin to rise.
    • The LED light can be turned on if needed.
  5. Automatic Stop: The pump will automatically shut off when the target pressure is reached.
  6. Disconnect:
    • Press the power button to ensure the pump is off.
    • Quickly remove the nozzle from the valve stem to minimize air loss.
    • Replace the valve cap.
  7. Verify Pressure: Use a separate tire gauge to double-check the pressure if desired.

6.4 Using the LED Light Independently

The inflator does not need to be pumping to use the light. Simply connect it to power and press the light button to cycle through the modes.

7. Care & Maintenance

  • Cooling Down: Allow the unit to cool for at least 10 minutes after continuous use before storing.
  • Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use liquids or submerge any part of the unit.
  • Storage: Coil the power cord and air hose neatly. Store all accessories in the provided bag or the unit's storage compartment. Keep in a cool, dry place.
  • Hose and Nozzles: Periodically check for cracks or damage. Ensure the metal inflation needle is not bent.
  • Fuse Replacement: If the unit does not power on, check the fuse in the cigarette lighter plug. Use the provided spare fuse to replace it if blown.

8. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution

2. Wrong adapter/nozzle.
3. Internal hose disconnect.
1. Re-seat the nozzle on the valve stem.
2. Use the correct adapter for the valve type.
3. Check connection between hose and main unit.
Automatic shut-off does not work.1. Target pressure not set correctly.
2. Sensor error.
1. Re-set the target pressure in Custom Mode.
2. Monitor pressure manually and stop the pump when the desired pressure is reached on the display.
Display is inaccurate.1. Sensor requires calibration (not user-serviceable).
2. Low battery voltage.
1. Use a separate tire gauge to verify pressure.
2. Ensure the vehicle engine is running to provide stable voltage.
Unit stops (overheating).Extended continuous use.Allow the unit to cool for 10-15 minutes before resuming use.
Air leaks from connection.Worn or damaged nozzle seal.Ensure the correct adapter is used and tightened. Replace the nozzle if the rubber seal is damaged.
