Cleaning the Dual-Layer Filter

For optimal performance and suction, clean the filter regularly.

  2. Twist and pull the filter assembly out from the top of the dust cup or the main body (refer to product design).
  3. The filter consists of two parts: a washable HEPA filter and a stainless steel pre-filter.
  4. Gently tap the filters to remove loose dust. Rinse the HEPA filter with cold water. Do not use soap or detergents.
  5. Allow the HEPA filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembly.
  6. Wipe the stainless steel filter with a dry cloth.
  7. Reinsert the dry filter assembly back into the vacuum.
WARNING: Never operate the vacuum without the filters installed or with a wet filter, as this can damage the motor.

7. Maintenance and Storage

  • Empty the dust cup after each use.
  • Check and clean the filters every 2-3 uses, or more frequently if picking up fine dust.
  • Wipe the exterior of the vacuum with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge in water.
  • Store the vacuum and all accessories in a cool, dry place.
  • For long-term storage, charge the battery to approximately 50% and recharge every 3 months.
