Changing the BLUETOOTH
®
MIDI device name
Before you potentially use other units, you can set the unit to be
identified by your smartphone.
You can change the Bluetooth MIDI device name displayed for the
Bluetooth connection between the unit and your smartphone.
• The Bluetooth MIDI device name setting can’t be saved.
1 Disconnect the USB cable from the device supplying power to the
unit (USB power adapter, PC/Mac, etc.).
2 Hold down the relevant pad on the left or right deck and connect the
USB cable to the device supplying power to the unit.
The relationship between Bluetooth MIDI device names and Performance
Pads is as follows.
For deck 1
1: DDJ-200_1, 2: DDJ-200_2, 3: DDJ-200_3, 4: DDJ-200_4,
5: DDJ-200_5, 6: DDJ-200_6, 7: DDJ-200_7, 8: DDJ-200_8
For deck 2
1: DDJ-200_9, 2: DDJ-200_10, 3: DDJ-200_11, 4: DDJ-200_12,
5: DDJ-200_13, 6: DDJ-200_14, 7: DDJ-200_15, 8: DDJ-200_16
