Changing the Demo mode setting in Utilities mode
You can change the Demo mode setting in Utilities mode of the unit.
• The Demo mode setting is also available on WeDJ and rekordbox dj.

If you launch Utilities mode while a DJ application is open, the set
status may not display properly.
1 Disconnect the USB cable from the device supplying power to the
unit (USB power adapter, PC/Mac, etc.).
2 Hold both the [SHIFT] and [PLAY/PAUSE ] buttons on the left
deck and connect the USB cable to the device supplying the power
to the unit.
Utilities mode launches.
3 Change the Demo mode setting.
In normal conditions, if you don’t use any of the features for a specified amount
of time, the unit will enter Demo mode.
The amount of time can be set to 1 minute, 5 minutes or 10 minutes.
Demo mode can also be turned off.
• By default, Demo mode starts when you don’t use any features for 10
minutes.
• When any knob or button on the unit is used during Demo mode, Demo
mode is canceled.
