Possible cause Solution
▪ Various situations can lead
to an «F» message.
▸ Cancel the error message by pressing the
button.
▸ Switch off the power supply for about
1 minute.
▸ Switch the power supply back on again and
select a new programme.
▸ If the error appears again, note down the er-
ror message in full (message, serial number
(FN) and error number (E)).
▸ Disconnect from the power supply.
▸ Call Customer Services.
If there is still some washing in the appliance:
▸ Open the appliance door.
▸ Unload the washing.
▸ Call Customer Services.
... the water tank flap cannot be closed
Possible cause Solution
▪ The fresh water tank or
condensate tank is inserted
incorrectly.
▸ Take out the water tank and then push it
back in as far as it will go.
