11.2 Recommended cleaning
products
Do not use abrasive sponges or
aggressive detergents. It can cause
damage to the enamel and the stainless
steel parts.

11.3 Removing the shelf
supports
Before maintenance, make sure that the
oven is cool. There is a risk of burns.
To clean the oven, remove the shelf
supports.
1. Pull carefully the supports up and out
of the front catch.
2. Pull the front end of the shelf support
away from the side wall.
3. Pull the supports out of the rear
catch.
Install the shelf supports in the opposite
sequence.
11.4 Pyrolytic cleaning
CAUTION!
Remove all accessories and
removable shelf supports.
Do not insert water in the
water tank during the
pyrolytic cleaning. Filling the
water tank during pyro cycle
will stop the pyrolytic
cleaning. After this
operation pyro cycle will
start from the beginning.
The pyrolytic cleaning
procedure cannot start:
• if you did not remove the core
temperature sensor plug from the
socket.
• if you did not fully close the oven
door.
Remove the worst dirt manually.
CAUTION!
If there are other appliances
installed in the same
cabinet, do not use them at
the same time as the
function: Cleaning. It can
cause damage to the
appliance.
1. Turn on the oven.
2. Select the Menu and press the rotary
knob to confirm.
3. Select Cleaning and press the rotary
knob to confirm.
4. Put the baking tray on the first shelf
position to collect water from the
water tank. Press the rotary knob to
start water tank emptying procedure.
5. When the procedure ends remove all
accessories and the side grids.
Remove the remaining food
manually. Clean the inner side of the
door with hot water, so that the
residues do not burn from the hot air.
Press the rotary knob to start the
cleaning procedure.
6. Select the duration of the cleaning
procedure:
Option Description
Quick 1 h for a low
degree of dirt
Normal 1 h 30 min for
a usual de-
gree of dirt
Intense 3 h for a high
degree of dirt
7. Press the rotary knob to confirm.
When the pyrolytic cleaning
starts, the oven door is
locked and the lamp does
not work. The cooling fan
works at a higher speed.
