5 Care and maintenance
If no dishwasher is available:
▸ Clean the grease filters

in the sink with hot water and detergent.
▸ Then soak the grease filters

in hot water in the sink for about two hours
and finally clean with a washing-up brush. Rinse well with clean cold water.
– The cleaned grease filters

are ready for use again.
▸ Clean the outside of the collection tray

with a warm, damp cloth and a
little detergent, then wipe dry well with kitchen paper.
Installing
▸ Reassemble in the reverse or-
der.
▸ Make sure that the grip

grease filter faces upwards.

Resetting the saturation indicator for the metal grease filters
▸ With the appliance switched off, hold the button depressed for
3seconds to reset the saturation indicator .
▸

flashes thrice in the display field if reset correctly.
