Notes:
– If you are not using an External
Receiver, the GUIDE Plus+ system will
automatically identify your host channel
as soon as the recorder is put into
standby for the rst time.
– If you are using an External Receiver,
you need to identify the host channel
manually from the table below.

C Once complete, press GUIDE Plus+
(TIMER) to exit the menu.
D Leave the Recorder in ‘standby’
mode and the External Receiver
‘ON’ during the night to load the
TV listing data.
Notes:
– While in standby mode, minor noise
and heat will be generated due to EPG
download operation is in progress.
– Check your TV listings line-up at the
GUIDE Plus+ { Setup } menu -
{ Channel Mapping } the next day to
ensure the data download is completed.
Helpful Hints:
– If your country/region is not in the list or
you are not able to receive TV listings data,
you can still use the GUIDE Plus+ system for
ShowView / VIDEO Plus+ and manual
recordings.
