A boiling delay can be avoided by stirring liquids before reheating them. After heating, wait at least
20seconds before removing the container from the oven. In addition, a glass rod or similar item, if
available, can be placed in the container during heating.

The durations apply to food with an initial temperature of approx. 5°C. For food not normally
refrigerated, durations apply to food at room temperature of approx. 20°C. With the exception of
baby food and delicate whisked sauces, food should be heated to a temperature of 70–75°C.
