Find answers or Ask a question.
  • Total questions: 1
  • Questions unAnswered : 1

#1 Which is better? Keep it always power on, or turn it on, print a label and turn it off? Which way is better for the printer?
I keep it turned off during down time, and turn it on only when printing labels.

#2 How print my labels in color?
It’s a thermal printer. It only prints in black and white. Color requires ink, which this does not use

#3 Is the printer paper sticky or it print like regular paper using a printer?
It has a peel off back, so can be stuck to things like a sticker

#4 Is there supposed to come with the flash drive? mine didn’t come with one and it is very hard to set up.
Mine came with a flash drive I found that hard. I googled polono, went on their site, chose my printer and downloaded the drive. My printer was ready to use in less than 10 minutes.

#5 Can you store stack labels inside the printer or do you need a separate holder?
It comes with a holder. all labels are outside the printer.

#6 Is this wireless?
No. As far as I know, I don't think any thermal printers like this are wireless. I couldn't find a wireless one anyway. I ended up buying this one and I like it.

#7 Does it work with iPhone? If it does, do you have any installation instructions?
No this model only works with a USB cable. They do have a Bluetooth one that may work with a iPhone.
