13 Trouble-shooting

Possible cause Solution

for too long.
▪ After the power was discon-
nected, microwave was selec-
ted without the appliance door
being opened and closed be-
forehand.
▸ Fully open and close the appliance door.

checked.

Residual heat
Do not remove the water tank.
Possible cause Solution
▪ Water temperature in the
boiler is too high.
▸ Wait for it to cool down (this can take up to
30minutes).
For safety reasons, water is only pumped off when it
falls below a certain temperature.
The appliance may be used without further ado.

Descaling failed.
Appliance was not descaled.
Possible cause Solution
▪ Used unsuitable descaler. ▸ Descale again using the recommended descaler.
▪ Descaling was not carried out
correctly.
▸ If the message does not disappear after repeating
the descaling process several times, note down
the error message in full and the serial number
(FN; see identification plate).
▸ Call Customer Services.

Brief power failure during operation
