To control power On/Off the display.

* Note: In this mode, display will send the
acknowledgement after power on processing
completion. There might be a time delay between
command and acknowledgement.
* Refer to ‘Real data mapping’ for hexadecimal data
to decimal data.
04. Energy Saving (Command: j q)
To control the energy saving function.
